Review Time
Product was shoddy, lot smaller than pictured, just awful. Sending it back. Cost me £27.40 altogether. Had to pay £9 to send back. Downloaded pdf receipt, address is a hotel in Austria & using an Austrian footballers name by the looks of it. Arne Ammerer. What an awful scam. I'm fed up of the shoddy, deceitful way Chinese companies are flooding the world with absolute rubbish tat, a lot of it dangerous. Will buy from shops in future.
Ordered without reading Trust pilot reviews. No acknowledgment of my order, could not track, i hoped i hadnt been scammed. But i did receive the railcard puzzle, space theme, but the packaging was totally inadequate and flimsy, box was damaged in several places. It certainly cant be given as a present. I have contacted Tiny Dreams by email, i couldnt attach photos to their contact form.
I also thought I was buying a product from uk. The book is unsuitable for babies. Too many choking possibilities. Tiny buttons sewn on to bits of felt. Bought 2 as gifts. Going in the bin. Wished I’d checked reviews beforehand
Make Note: NEVER BUY from a business advertising toys on social media, how ever “local” it seems from the ad! I've bought the colourful tree playset as a Christmas gift for our Grandaughter. What a rubbish fake Montessori. How dare they even try and pass this off as a Montessori toy. I didn't buy it because of the name; just thought it was a relaxing game for a few minutes now and again. The pole is so rough with splinters from top to base and most corners are quite sharp. The base wobbles; the screw to hole the pole onto the base isn't flat, nor is the screw hole recessed, it's so unsteady. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I'm yet to find out hoe their customer service works or doesn't work
Took weeks to arrive and no updates.The 2 items were squeezed into a small bag which resulted in one of the boxes being damaged. The items were not damaged however they are Christmas presents and doesn't look very nice. The company said I could return the damaged item but I would have to pay postage. I was not prepared to do this and I accepted 30% refund. I would not recommend this Company.
This item eventually arrived and the packaging was badly damaged. They refused to give me a full refund unless I paid postage to send back to China. I have reluctantly had to accept a 50% discount but am unable to give this as a gift because of the state of it.
