Awful company to deal with ... waiting for a refund as all our toys came damaged in insufficent packaging and were gifts for my Grandson. Products very poor quality. We have been waiting for a reply for weeks and have now contacted pay pal. Do not be fooled by fancy websites, they are not UK based. This experience has been very distressing, I should not have to fight for a refund for faulty goods.
I just wished I read other people’s reviews before I placed my order. The boxes were damaged and one of the toy had a missing part. I got in touch with the company and had many polite replies but I didn’t realise if I wanted to send my order back I had to send it to China.Their website never mentioned China, the pictures are fabulous on their website but the reality is different .I thought I was ordering some beautiful toys but I ended up with toys that I could have bought directly from Temu at a fraction of the price. So my advice is stay away from Tiny Dreams and order from Temu.For example one of the toy I bought for almost £9.95 could have got it for £2.50 and Temu’s delivery is faster.
TDUK308285 order number I orderd PeekaBoo bear . It arrived and did not work . I firstly asked for a returns label and a refund . They advised I could have 30% off which is pretty pointless as it does not work. They then advised I would have to pay for postage which happens to be in China . I have sent a video showing the bear not working but every email is asking for video proof. This company claims to be a group of parents who care about children playtime .. I'm not sure this is the case ... Please please do not be tempted to buy any thing from them . I was stupid not to check reviews before .. stay well away I would like to add that since posting this review , I have been contacted by Tiny Dreams , and advised a replacement is to be sent . I will update when it arrives .I have since recieved another email asking for a video which I have sent again .. waste of time
I understood this was a uk company. I have ordered from China before, however I was discusted by the quality of the product.Delivery was in a plastic bag, the bottom. Of the product was not able to close over the bottom of the bear, nothing appeared well made or safe for a small child. I would advise anyone to avoid this company.I contacted a British firm and got a delightful product well made and safe.I will be very iffy about chinese products in the future
This company makes out it’s in the uk with its .co.uk email but in fact all its goods come from China. I wondered why my parcel took so long and now I know why, it’s came in a battered box too, which is no good as was a present and the items seemed very different to the photos and not quality like they looked on the website. When I asked for a full refund I was told I’d have to send the items to China, we know how much that would cost or my other option was a 30% refund .. neither were satisfactory. My advice buy from a reputable website you know of or look at reviews on trust pilot before buying. I wish I had!
Very disappointed with this purchase. Delivery took almost three weeks, which is far too long. The items are made in China, even though I was shopping on a UK site, which was unexpected. The toys are far too small—my 3-year-old can’t even play with them. The size is nothing like what was advertised.Even at half price, the toys are not worth it; honestly, not even for £10. Definitely not recommended.It makes your hope and dream TINY
Ordered my lamp for my grandson , the whole prosses was easy .was kept informed of progress and delivery by email . I was able to track parcel easily ,it arrived before the quoted time of delivery . I had to try it out 😁, was very impressed with the quality he is going to love it . I might get 1 for myself . Woyuld highly recomend this company . Looking forward to my next purchase
