Cheap Chinese rubbish

This company pretends to be uk but in fact is Chinese. Items took almost two weeks to arrive, the box was battered and the basket inside was broken. The fruits were not the same as shown in the video onFacebook but poor quality and cheap tat and could not be given as a present. They went straight in the bin . After many emails they have agreed on a refund which I have yet to receive. I have now received a full refund minus the postage so I am thankful for that

POOR QUALITY GOODS!!!

Received my items today!! Very disappointed in the quality of them and packaging was squashed not ideal to give to my 2 year old grandson for his birthday!In fact I would be embarrassed 🙈 They look like they have been in a warehouse for donkeys years!!!I didn’t know they were coming from China otherwise I wouldn’t of ordered them.It says Tiny dreams uk???DO NOT order from this company.I spent £75 on rubbish!! Absolutely gutted!!!

This product was exactly as described, great product, good value for money

This product was exactly as described. My grandchildren love it and even my 33 year old daughter thought it was so relaxing watching the projected images on the ceiling and walls. It can also be used as a wee bedside lamp. Great wee product, good value for money.

Poorly packaged for the trip from China

Update: spent over a week in email communication with Jasper. Offered a 30, 50, 75 then 50% again refund to keep the items, or I could return to China at my cost for a full refund. I did point out that the return address on their website gives an Austrian address, and kept asking for a return label at their cost, as it’s not my problem if they don’t package their goods correctly. Ended up stating if it’s not resolved by the 18th October I’d begin recovery action with my bank. In all fairness, I was refunded in full and the money has been received by the bank, but I still haven’t been given a return label for the items and I’ve been told to keep them. They are no good to me, so I’ll donate them to a local charity shop. All this fuss caused because they didn’t package their items well enough…..Original review: Things come from China, so takes an age, with no updates at all, and worse - with no packaging to protect the toys. Currently arguing with them for a return label as the two ‘gifts’ I’d ordered have been really bashed and are not in a fit state to give as presents so I want to return them, but they won’t give me a return label and so far just offer discounts to keep the damaged toys. I’m waiting another day, before starting the charge back process with my bank, as I’m fed up paying good money for rubbish. Could have bought the same items on Ali Express for a quarter of the cost, but when you pay over £40 for a toy, you expect them to at least pack it so it survives the trip. Would not recommend nor use again.Edit: provided the additional information as requested (order number #TDUK268505) but I’m only interested in getting a return label and full refund as I don’t want to keep the toys at either a 30% or 50% refund, which is what you’ve offered so far.

Company unwilling to replace badly damaged item

Parcel arrived with box unsealed, totally squashed and damaged. Was meant to be a gift for my 6 year old granddaughter, but the box looks so bad I can't give it to her. Contacted the company who offered a 10% refund, which is useless. They refused to send a replacement item, so I'm off to find her a present from a reliable, trustworthy company. Don't touch these people, they're a nightmare.

Just received my refund £17.90

Review of Tiny DreamsI HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND OF £17.90 TODAY, THOUGH THE COMPANY TRIED NOT TO REFUND MY P&P OF £2.95 BUT I PERSEVERED AND THEY REFUNDED ME THE FULL £17.90.I DID NOT HAVE TO SEND THE ITEM BACK AND I TOTALLY DECLINED THEIR OFFER OF 10% PLUS ETC. THE ITEM THEY SENT ME WAS ONLY WORTH PUTTING IN THE BIN, IT WAS DISGRACEFUL.I HAVE SEEN OTHER POSTS ON HERE WHERE PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN UP AND LOST SUBSTANTUAL AMOUNTS OF MONEY, WHICH IS WHAT THE COMPANY WANTS AND THEY THEN EFFECTIVELY MAKE LOADS OFMONEY FOR SUPPLYING SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS.YOU NEED TO BOMBARD THE COMPANY WITH EMAILS (CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE FOR EMAIL DETAILS), AND CHECK ONLINE. False advertising

I bought a toy for my baby granddaughter after seeing the video of a baby in a high chair playing with the ladybug ball blower and reading how wonderful it is for a BABY. When it arrived it shows it is recommended for children 3 years and over as it has small choking parts. So not suitable for a baby at all! I emailed to say I wanted to return it but I would have to pay to return it to China! With a UK website address, it is in fact a Chinese company.I am totally shocked at their false advertising and will never buy from here again.

Delivery takes too long

2nd time ordering as sell some great quality products however bit of a con advertising as UK as sent from China and take weeks to arrive with no updates along the way. My first order arrived in a very battered box. I won't be ordering again

Kids Swimming goggles

I bought a pair of Kids Swimming goggles with large frames and anti-fog system. First of all, I received them a month later since ordered. Secondly really bad quality for the price. My daughter were them just once. She couldn't swim as they were foggy. I will never ever order again from this website.
