This company is based in china - not UK as they want you to think. Products are cheap tat and come with no safety labels at all. ( Not sure this is actually legal?) If you try and return an item they won't cover postage and as it's got to get to China it's not worth the cost. Grandchild's gift has gone in the bin! ZERO STARS
Items arrived with badly damaged packaging due to being shipped from China in an inadequate polythene bag. I bought these as gifts for friends so they were of no use to me at all. The company refused to honour their published refund policy, which offers a full refund or replacement free of charge if items or packaging arrive damaged. They offered a refund of 10%, which I refused, then they offered 20% or a full refund if I was prepared to return the items to China at my cost! They did not reply when I told them that this was in breach of my legal rights as well as their own policy.
Do not order from this company, toys don’t come in proper boxes, they are a cheaper version of the pictures, packaging is poor , items damaged, and some missing , these are cheap toys you wouldn’t buy if you saw before ordering, I’ve contacted them with complaints and no response, spent £100 should have known better
When an item arrived damaged I was offered a 10% refund. I declined this and was advised to return it to China at my own expense as they don’t cover return postage. I had previously been assured that this company is based in Germany. Not true.
Do not order from this company. Awful quality products. We ordered the Speaking Cactus Toy but when it arrived, it had no sound. The company are refusing to refund the order until we send the product to China, which they are asking us to do at our expense. This is illegal in the UK and the company needs to be reported and banned for breaching regulations.
