Review Time
It is a refreshing in this day and age when we get so many poor quality items sent us that when we get something outstanding it is only right that we acknowledge quality, value and service all of which I received from "TINY DREAMS" I bought some beads for my Great Granddaughter and they were beautifully presented in a lovely box which she can keep into the future.
Oh how I wish I'd not been so stupid to order before reading reviews, hard lesson learnt. I ordered 5 lovely looking gifts for my grandchildren from their impressive website. (Don't be fooled) A blue microscope, received pink cheap Chinese version! I ordered a parking lot game, again sent a cheap Chinese version with Chinese writing all over box. Some bubble pens that don't work and two counting games which are ok but a cheaper version of what I ordered. Absolute scam, avoid at all costs. They came via royal mail and had a return address 153 Blakeney Way, Cannock WS11 8LD. Well Google search suggests this is an address notoriously used by scam company's. I've emailed, sent photos etc but no response. Update. I have now received a 30% refund much to my surprise. It still doesn't change the fact that I'm still well out of pocket and there has been no acknowledgement from this'company' or explanation as to why they think it's acceptable to false represent what there actually selling!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYThere are three reasons not to purchase from this company.1. The service is appalling, and they are refusing to refund me for a defective product. This is ILLEGAL. Despite the .co.uk domain, they are NOT a UK based company.2. The quality of the product is poor, and the watch would not charge using the cable provided. 3. There is no product marking or other documentation to show that this product (Kids smart watch / tracker) complies with CA UK, CE or FCC regulations. I think that this is illegal too. Furthermore, I am concerned that the product could potentially be dangerous as the lithium battery is large and located on a plastic back-plate which is then on your child's wrist. If the battery were to overheat, this could be very dangerous.UPDATE 19 SEPT. I responded to Tiny Dreams as requested in their reply to me, but absolutely ZERO response. I re-iterate my review - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
Another fake company selling cheap quality Chinese stuff under UK domain to fool people. The order processing and the shipment was very long, quality very poor. The sizing of the magnetic toy I've ordered is shockingly small for the paid price and compared to the website photos. If you want to return you if course can but it will have to be send back to Austria which will probably cost as much as the order itself!
Bought magnetic building blocks in the half price sale for £23 - I wouldn't have even picked them up in a bargain store for £5. They arrived in a plastic packet covered in Chinese writing, meant for an 18 month old but the worst quality and health and safety hazard - Im going to try and return but cant get in touch with anyone. Absolute rubbish, if I could give 0 stars I would.Avoid like the plague! What an utter waste of well earned money.
DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. A few minutes ago I've just received a poorly wrapped and partly torn package of squashed toy boxes. I haven't even unwrapped it but it looks extremely cheap and and I paid £84 for gifts for young family members. I wished I had read trust pilot first. The post about fake UK domains is spot on.
