Review Time
I ordered a toy mobile phone on 25 August 2025 which arrived on 9 September 2025. A total of 15 days. I asked to cancel this order as I had to buy another present for the child but this was not possible. Your sales literature nowhere states this item came from China and therefore would not be subject to normal times of delivery. I am now left with a toy that I do not feel I would want to give to another child. Most people buy toys for children for birthdays etc. This is abysmal service. My advice do not engage with this company
Products are awful, cheap tat, bad quality and not worth the money even in the sale! Delivery was dreadful, parcel had no protection, just a plastic bag and the contents were squashed and torn beyond recognition. If I had a choice I wouldn't have even given them one star. Buyer beware, don't be fooled by the positive product reviews. Disgraceful!
Although this item seems to be rated with generally good reviews. Personally I’m very disappointed with the quality of this toy. I thought it moved/danced, it doesn’t.We all have varying expectations, I would not recommend or buy again. UPDATE 15th SEPTEMBER NOTE-1 week later I have not been contacted by the customer service team for assistance!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is NOT a UK company. It comes from China and the size and quality its worse than temu. Poor packaging means you get damaged goods. And zero chamce of refunds unless you pay for return tracked postage back to China. DO NOT BUY!!!!
