NOT UK SHOP - products are shipped from Austria, very long delivery time. I bought Pedagogical sensory swing for children. The sling is very poor quality, feels very plasticky and edges aren't hemmed, looks unfinished. I bought it for a birthday gift but I ended up buying something else as I couldn't gift something that looked like this. Photo showing what is included is misleading - there is no piece of metal included to secure sling to the ceileing. Only tape and one metal snap hook. I contacted the shop via email soon after I received my package asking for the advise and to express my disapointment but I received NO answer, even though I sent couple of emails at different dates. I DO NOT recommend product OR shop at all.I provided feedback as I've been asked to do so by email, but my review has been removed. I wrote another one directly on their website, but since "Your review will be published as soon as it is approved by the shop admin" I am afraid it won't be visible to anyone. EDIT to repy:Thank you Carmel for your reply, but I have already contacted your customer service 3 times providing all the details (including order number) and I got no reply to the date.
VERY disappointed with my order. I was very excited to receive the two toys I purchased for my baby, expecting brand new items as advertised. However, what I received was completely unacceptable.Both toys arrived in a clearly used condition, there are visible marks on them, they are dirty, and the packaging was ripped and previously opened. I have attached images showing the condition of both the toys and the packaging to support my claim.This is not only frustrating but also feels like a form of dishonesty. I paid for new items, not secondhand goods. The poor state of the products and packaging, combined with the lack of quality control, reflects very badly on your service.This kind of experience is not only unacceptable but amounts to cheating your customers
Received my peekaboo elephant. The song doesn’t tie up with the actions - “i see you” and the ears cover the eyes. Written to their support email twice- no response and sent a video. It took 15 days to arrive when the site said 5-7. No box - just in a plastic bag. Wish I would have checked trust pilot before buying.
Awful experience... ordered 2 pairs of baby shoes afterwards I saw that they have a promotion, buy 2 get 1 free. So I've explained that I didn't see the promotion and I've asked the free pair to be added to my order, but the reply was no. I've asked for my order to be cancelled so I can order again 3 times, but I didn't get a reply for 3 days and on the 3rd day I've received a reply that my order has been dispatched and I can return the item once I've received it. Total scam, so be careful where you order from and I hope that you will not fall in the same trap as I did...
do not trust this company which is actually in Austria but uses a uk web address. when i received my activity board for my great granddaughter it had metal parts too sharp for an under 2 yr old and little wooden keys which were a choking hazard. they didnt want to know about a refund and suggested i posted it back at my expense which to austria could be £17 dont order if you want decent goods or customer service.it took me 5 emails just to fail anyway they should be reported to trading standards, dont touch with barge pole
I ordered a peekaboo bear from this company because I was lead to believe it was a UK company. How are they allowed to get away with this especially when the products are so cheap and nasty. My order came in a flimsy bag. The mechanism at the bottom was not properly covered. It was held together with bits of velcro that did not work, nor did the mechanism. It looked to be too unsafe for a child. I emailed them and I was told to get in touch with customer service team and send a video. Unfortunately my video would not send. I emailed them again explaing this and I wanted a refund. I got no reply and after several emails they still never got back to me. The bear is now in the bin. I would never buy from this company again and I would advise everyone to avoid this company. They are. NOT! in the UK.
