Review Time
Very poor quality, but couldn’t expect much at that price. Delivery was very delayed (I wrongly thought with a UK address is was being posted from UK). Packaging was damaged - squashed! Couldn’t gift it as intended- too embarrassed! Got a 10% refund offered, or return to Austria for a full refund. Postage would have been more than the product cost. Beware! (was asked to review, but they didn’t post it - seemingly only positive feedback gets through).
Minus stars for this dreadful company which is misleading and misrepresenting and breaking UK laws.My order arrived after 33 days ! And it was just rubbish quality ..also one item was missing …Avoid this company like the plaque..
£35 down the drain for a Dino truck I waited 17 days for it(supposed to be in the UK yet every update had shipping agent ,customs cleared now in other customs etc).What I received looked like a Pound shop reject in a crushed and dirty brown cardboard box with 2 of the cars broken and no surprise there the quality was the very worst I have ever seen in a Toy .And the Ad was very misleading the only UK thing about it was the UK money I spent on absolute junk . This IS NOT A UK COMPANY don't be taken in by the very misleading ad
WARNING, Do not order from this company or the bear. I ordered the peekaboo bear, the item was drop shipped and looks like its straight from Temu.. The order was so late arriving, I had to pay for another present for the baby shower.There is inadequate padding around the hard plastic components. The bottom plastic part for the batteries is completely exposed. Cheaply made and seems unfit for children never mind a baby. It looks, nothing like the picture.The company takes no responsibility for drop shipping from Austria and this is not made clear on the website. They expect you to pay postage for a refund and PayPal will back this up.Item is poorly packaged, with no box or identification of manufacturer, apart from Chinese writing on the flimsy plastic packaging.It is not a bargain, but a con. The company response time to questions is slow Plus, if you do not except there percentage deal; they will not reply.P.s, I see you left a response, you have my customer order number and have received plenty of emails regarding the bear with your customer services as you call it. Its Friday the 18th July. I can't wait for what wonderful excuses your company has this time. Or will I be met with your usual silence.
This company tricks you into thinking their in the UK, as their called Tiny Dreams UK, so you presume delivery will be pretty quick. I ordered a swing seat for my grandson for his birthday, His birthday come & went still no swing, that's because the company is in Austria !!! When it arrived it was faulty, I asked to return & have a refund, they said yes but you pay the postage which was around £10, I argued that it was faulty & sent photographic evidence, The swing seat was £24.95 plus £2.95 postage & they refunded me £9.95, I might aswell got my money & chucked it out the window... I wish I'd read reviews first....Please listen to the one star reviews !!!!
I’m really angry at myself for not checking Trust Pilot first.I bought two transforming unicorn cars which arrived broken and not properly packaged.At least I know now to have no expectation of getting help from customer services and will put it down to experience.
Do NOT use this company. The item arrived well after it should, just crammed in a cardboard box rather than proper packaged. It was too late for the birthday we’d got it for. When I went to return it I discovered I’d have to post it back to Austria. I’ve paid £15 to do that. The company isn’t quite a scam but it’s so terrible I’d warn anyone off using it. That said I’m yet to get the refund so fingers crossed I do… I’ll update when I do / don’t get refunded.
