Be careful before buying the elephant as the audio is awful and very tinny. Also there is no volume control and it's extremely loud. The ears do not go up and down unless you have audio. Asked for a refund as it upset my child but they refused.
I received sub standard goods that was unsafe for a baby. They have told me I must pay to return it to Austria even though the fault is theirs. They have offered a 50% discount on something that us only fit for the bin. I have refused this and asked for an pre paid returns label or a full refund. They are now not answering my emails. I placed an order on 25/02/2025 (Order #TDUK146012) and never received the product. After several follow-ups, I was told to wait while they checked the status—no clear resolution was ever given.I specifically mentioned I needed the item by 29th March. Despite this, they later said on 1st April that a replacement would be sent, even though I had already told them I no longer needed it.They said once I received the replacement, I should contact them for return instructions—but it never arrived, and now they’re refusing to refund me.This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve made multiple requests for a refund, and I’m still waiting. Very disappointing customer service.
I recently purchased the Tummy time water mat for my godson, and after reading other reviews, I became very skeptical about whether I was going to receive it or not. I am very pleased to say that my parcel got delivered today! Granted it took a little over week a to come but in the grand scheme of things that is not that long! I think we are so used to Amazon prime that anything longer causes us to get itchy feet and think it is a scam! Look we may have just been lucky and this review is not to say other people’s reviews are false, but from my experience it was smooth sailing, updated regularly by email too, so overall we are happy
I would give 0 stars if I could!Saw an advert from them on FB.Ordered an item. Then I saw the same item on amazon twice as cheap.Emailed their customer services to cancel the order- about 30 mins after ordering.Email them twice insisting immediate cancellation. They ignored both emails, despite the fact they acknowledged both of them, and still shipped the item.I logged request with PayPal to cancel and refund! Payment was cancelled and I got a refund!Their return policy is deliberately shitty with an address in Austria in a obvious attempt to fobb off any attempt to return! Despite the fact they sent it to me from an UK address!That will teach me not to follow adverts on FB of cheap, cunning, deceiving companies!To this company:If you want your item back, it is unopened, you will sent me a prepaid envelope and I will ship it back even to Mars for you!Next time, don't be shites, and listen to your customers requests!
