DO NOT ORDER FROM TINY DREAMS UK!! I ordered the Dinasaur truck which took 3 weeks to arrive. It is not worth £1 from the poundshop.Poor quality, broken cars just thrown in the box along with a tatty brown box. I also ordered 3 outfits. I'm still waiting on 2 to arrive. Its been 5 weeks! They're now dragging their heals and are checking on delivery for over a week! The other item was cheaply made and fell apart in the wash. Stitching is coming away and it lost its shape. Google needs to remove this website! It's just ripping off its customers, and with long delivery times even though they state 10-12 days. Their Facebook page either has all comments removed or only show positive (got to be fake) comments. The majority of "likes" are angry faces. I wish I'd researched them before purchasing. Awful cheap poorly made products with false advertising.
Avoid at all costs. Scam e-commerce company they order from China after you order from them thinking it's a UK company. They don't have any stock they just run a scam that orders for cheap from China where you pay them more thinking it's UK stock item. After my products status didn't change after 4 days from "ordered" I emailed them they just changed the status but when i involved PayPal told them that they are a scammers they changed status to shipped so they can't refund it now but I wasn't able to track the parcel anyway. Again avoid at all costs.
Received a montessori board which came with a pack of white board markers. The markers had little erasers in the lid, each of which feel out about an hour after using them. Massive choking hazard. I emailed the company who said I could send the whole thing back at my own cost. Not interested in the fact that it's an extremely dangerous product for kids, only after I questioned how they hadn't even mentioned the markers in their reply. They don't care that they're selling choking hazards. Avoid!!
This company is a scam!! Stealing product pictures of big big company like boots to falsely advertise their cheap knock of items. Then when i ask to return back and refund they simply “cannot” provide me a shipping label for free. I say you save your money and from the hassle.
Only buy from this company if you are willing to gamble that you may lose your money. I ordered baby slippers which took over a month to arrive and were not slippers. The items were made from uncomfortable thick hard plastic which were impossible to get on the babys feet. After emailing back and forth for weeks, was finally given an Austrian address to return the order, which I had to pay the postage for. Weeks later the parcel has arrived back to me! So now I have wasted the cost of the item aswell as the postage.I would definitely not recommend this company.
