If I could give zero I would. Can’t believe they can get a good review. Not a UK business, in Austria who get their supplies from China. Cheap copies of good products. Take ages to arrive, do not believe their cancellation process as they ignore requests within their stated time limit, very bad communication in general. Do not use this company.
It's cheap Chinese goods don't be fooled. Bought a shooting aeroplane gun for my son's birthday. Arrived so damaged was not fit for a gift. Customer service was awful. Says on website they'll arrange new item to be sent if you contact them in time about the damage which I did but they're trying to wriggle out of it and just offered me a 10% refund. Absolutely disgraceful would never order again.
Spent more than £50 for some toys for my grandchildren, this order was placed in the beginning of June. So far nothing !! No tracking available , no updates nothing . To say I’m disappointed and very annoyed is an understatement. Dreadful service , couldn’t recommend this company !!!
If I could zero score I would. I purchased a tiny dreams peekaboo teddy for my great granddaughter’s first birthday. It arrived late and was wrapped in a soft plastic post bag- no box and no instructions. The battery compartment had a screw that wouldn’t screw in or out, leaving it unsafe for use. I was curious to find out if it would work if I fitted batteries and surprise surprise IT DIDN’T WORK!!I’m not going to waste my time sending it back for a refund what’s the point??!!
I bought a foot ball game and it was not worth the money I paid for it but I have to admit I got emails back from tiny dreams quickly and was given the opportunity of 40% refund and keep the game I decided to this as returning the item would have cost me £7-60Before I buy from tint dreams again I will check other sites and compare prices
Bought a travel pod bag for my daughter in law ( £70) Despatched by Evri, nothing arrived, they promised they would refund nearly 2 months later, then they sent me 6 cats toys (value £8) by Yodal and refused to refund me, despite package wrong courier & totally different size. Total rip off merchant - DO NOT USE, or if you do, at your Peril!Thank you for your reply several months later, but I do not believe you, or wish to waste any more of my time. Life is too short & have brought the product from a U.K. company ( not one based in Austria) that is reliable & honest!
I don’t even know where to begin. Tiny-Dreams UK is a complete joke of a company , and I’m honestly shocked they’re still allowed to operate. Save yourself the pain, the stress, and the waste of money because once they get your cash, you’ll never hear from them again.No PayPal option? That was the first red flag. And now I know why they don’t want you to have the safety net of a refund. They know damn well they’re not delivering. It’s been almost 15 days, and my order is still stuck in processing. No shipping update, no dispatch, no estimated delivery date – NOTHING.Their customer service is non-existent. I’ve emailed, not a single response. They take your money and disappear. And trust me, the silence is loud.What kind of company ignores their customers for over two weeks after taking their money? A scam, that’s what. A pathetic excuse for a business that preys on people’s trust.Avoid Tiny-Dreams UK like the plague. They should rename themselves Tiny-Scams UK. I wouldn’t trust them with a penny, much less an actual order. The only thing they deliver is disappointment and regret.
