Shocking quality and packaging. So disappointed. The website and prices are so misleading as it looks unique quality products when in fact they are cheap nasty tat. The packaging is beyond basic. For what I’d paid I expected nice packaging instead I’ve got a brown box with Chinese writing all over it and inside the products are in clear bags. Absolutely outrageous. Not based in uk which is misleading and delivery is lengthy. I’m awaiting a refund and a cancellation of another order off the back of this one.
Absolutely appalling quality of toy. Took a month to be delivered from China. Absolute tat. Broke within two weeks. Emailed customer service who offered to replace the item which I accepted. Instead of replacing the item as agreed they refunded the cost of the item without the cost of shipping. I asked for the full cost to me to be reimbursed and they refused, when I asked why they just stopped replying to my emails. I have sent four emails in two weeks and they just ignore them. Even tried asking for complaints procedure via a different email. Again ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I also note how the latest five star reviews were all posted same day with very similar wording and punctuality….This is not suspicious at all!!
I wouldn’t even give this company one star if it was a choice . Ordered some jewellery beads for my toddler granddaughter, when they arrived they are tiny plastic beads nothing like the picture and a choking hazard . They can only be returned to Austria not Uk as stated, at the purchasers cost which is probably more expensive than the refund . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Plastic Chinese rubbish .
It doesn’t even deserve one star . It is a cheap looking plastic elephant which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and came in a broken box with no paperwork. The balls which the elephant supposedly blows out of its trunk (although there are no instructions as to how that happens ) are tiny and would almost certainly choke a child.
Terrible delay! I placed order TDUK137200 on Jan 22. It started processing on Jan 25 but was not delivered until Feb 18. After Jan 25 there were no updates to explain the delay until I emailed the support team to complain. We will NEVER use tiny-dreams again.
This company is not based in the UK. Their website name makes you think that they are but unfortunately they are not.Ordered on 10th Feb- My order has not arrived- still trying to get a refund. My advice would be to stay clear and avoid ordering from.
