Review Time
I have received my order, waddling duck however it is impossible to get the back off to insert batteries. I have sent 3 emails to company asking for this information but as yet received no reply. I wanted this for small birthday present, but at the moment useless. If anyone gets back to me via the emails I will update this review.
Tiny Dreams …Tiny ToyI ordered the Balance Astronaut which looks a decent size in photographs, don’t be fooled like me, it’s very small.The diameter of the main board is only 17cm!This is perhaps stated in the small print( I’ve not checked) but I was sold by the photograph.
I really wish I had read the reviews before hand. Ordered a product for my newborn on the 28th Jan still hasn't arrived. I have contacted customer service via email twice and they have given me “7-15 days” but its has been over 3 weeks! i have asked for a refund of the product so I can purchase elsewhere. They had given me 20% off which is pointless as I wont be purchasing from them again. Really disappointed.
DO NOT BUY!!!! I ordered it at the end of November 2024, hoping it would arrive by Christmas. It never did. It supposed to be present for my daughter, never came. I ask to refund they tell me that they can not do that, when suggest to send a complimentary toy. Asking couple times to comfirm adress where to send I did twice and still never came. Avoid this company!!!!
These people are scammers, they are company based in China, the order took 2 weeks to arrive, l bought a toy for my grandson and the picture was of a large toy next to a child, when it arrived it was tiny. l was charged £25 but the toy that arrived was not worth more than £5. Avoid these people at all costs, total scam
Don’t buy from them!Not UK based company, cheap low quality toys take weeks to arrive. Mine was poorly packed in a plastic bag and arrived damaged. Emailed them for a refund - let’s see how long this takes… I wish I read reviews first. Lesson learned.
