Makes out it’s a uk based company It’s not it’s Chinese!!! Waiting almost a month still not arrivedAsked to cancel order they said no Not allowed to write reviews on their website either God knows what garbage will arrive if anything ever does Wish I’d read these reviews before Scam scam scam
Ordered large size Football game, they sent a small one, asked them to replace it with what I actually ordered, they sent ANOTHER small one. They finally told me they don't have any large ones in stock ( why are they taking orders from them God only knows) and gave me a 50% refund which did arrive after about 4 days. Customer service average, but a NIL POIR for advertising items they haven't got in stock.
Having ordered my item on 3rd February 2025, I was expecting to receive the item at least a week later i.e 10th Feb. That date came and went so I contacted the company as they had failed to send me a confirmation email. I got no response and so contacted them again. I was advise that the item was on its way. Have asked twice for the tracking number which they have failed to provide. All they can tell me is that the item is on its way. I have advised them that I will be logging a dispute today. Absolutely shocking Customer Service. 17.7.2025 Update, the company finally refunded me for the item less the postage.
I wouldn't give this company half a star.Very misleading photograph of product.Terrible packaging, extremely long delivery wait. Sooo disappointed with the dragon car transporter l didn't give it to my grandson.Please don't use this company. They sell you cheap and nasty products.
This really could have been a 1 star review.I ordered a present for my daughter in October and upon opening it on Christmas day it was completely shattered and broken. I spoke to the customer support email and they said that they would not replace it as it was outside the 30 day replacement window. I pressed them for a replacement and in the end they did make it right and I am now sat with my un broken gift at the end of January and happy to say that they did ultimately fulfil their end of the bargain. I leave this 5 star review in the hopes that the business treats future customers well and turns a corner!
I wish I’d checked reviews on here before ordering! It took loads longer to arrive then was initially stated, and the quality of the product is worse than what I could’ve bought on Amazon for less money! Do not buy anything from this company.
Ordered from this company through klarma it did not arrive, tiny dreams insisted it was delivered but it wasn't ,yet klarma is charging me for it as tiny dreams say they have proof of delivery yet it's impossible as it was not received. Totally con company.
