Maybe it was just me. I did hear they were a good company. I ordered a plate loaded hack squat machine. It came with the center frame warped on one end and completely unusable. They were nice enough to send me a new one, but that one was warped too. I also got a messed up seat frame and the second one was messed up as well. They didn’t want the warped parts back, so when I took the original center frame and seat frame to the scrapyard and got a whole $5 for both pieces… center frame was rather heavy and large, I figured something was off about this machine. I asked for my money back because of their cheap steel and shoddy workmanship. I asked nicely several times, and got crickets. Finally after about a month of trying to get a refund, I finally filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. The next day I got my money back and they never wanted the machine returned. So I took the whole thing to the scrap yard. A $700 machinemade of steel worth $16.50! Buyer definitely beware!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Titan Fitness that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I ordered a multi-grip barbell from them, but to my dismay, they sent me an axle barbell instead. While this initial mistake was frustrating, what truly irked me was the way they handled the situation thereafter.When the package arrived, it was evident that the box was damaged. Fedex refused to accept it for return, and I was forced to pay out of my own pocket for a new box to ship back the incorrect product that Titan Fitness had sent me. This was already an inconvenience and an added expense that I shouldn't have had to bear.To make matters worse, despite providing Titan Fitness with photographic evidence of the damaged box and my request for reimbursement for the repackaging cost, they declined my request. Even after I sent them the receipt for the new box, they still refused to reimburse me.It's not about the $16 that I had to spend; it's about the principle of the matter. Titan Fitness's customer service in this situation was abysmal. They failed to take responsibility for their mistake and refused to rectify the situation in a fair and reasonable manner. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Titan Fitness to be prepared for potentially disappointing customer service if anything goes wrong with your order.
Spent a LOT of time researching racks and with my very limited space the T-3 Space Saving rack fit the bill. It is absolutely perfect for my application! It's built like a tank, welds are perfect, powder coat is perfect, hardware was perfect and on and on. For the price I can't think of a better deal out there.
