Spent a LOT of time researching racks and with my very limited space the T-3 Space Saving rack fit the bill. It is absolutely perfect for my application! It's built like a tank, welds are perfect, powder coat is perfect, hardware was perfect and on and on. For the price I can't think of a better deal out there.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Titan Fitness that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I ordered a multi-grip barbell from them, but to my dismay, they sent me an axle barbell instead. While this initial mistake was frustrating, what truly irked me was the way they handled the situation thereafter.When the package arrived, it was evident that the box was damaged. Fedex refused to accept it for return, and I was forced to pay out of my own pocket for a new box to ship back the incorrect product that Titan Fitness had sent me. This was already an inconvenience and an added expense that I shouldn't have had to bear.To make matters worse, despite providing Titan Fitness with photographic evidence of the damaged box and my request for reimbursement for the repackaging cost, they declined my request. Even after I sent them the receipt for the new box, they still refused to reimburse me.It's not about the $16 that I had to spend; it's about the principle of the matter. Titan Fitness's customer service in this situation was abysmal. They failed to take responsibility for their mistake and refused to rectify the situation in a fair and reasonable manner. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Titan Fitness to be prepared for potentially disappointing customer service if anything goes wrong with your order.

In the past, I had read comments about TITAN FITNESS not having good Customer Service??? Not sure what Titan they were talking about, but this TITAN FITNESS is 100% on point ! Pains me to leave this review, because I think Titan fitness makes decent workout equipment for the home gym. China production, but nonetheless good quality. I am leaving a two star review because they have abysmal customer service. BE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. If you order something, and accidentally make a mistake, there is virtually no way to rectify. I ordered a large amount of equipment late night for a new home gym, and called the next morning. I waited on the phone for a combined 2.5 hours trying to get somebody on the line. I never did. In between the first call and second call is when I tried to email. I didn't get a return email before items shipped from multiple orders. Calling - I was never able to get a live person.While the above is definitely a major issue, what really got me is their response (days later) when I tried to order taller rails for the short T2 rack (the mistake). At first, they said no. Then, after some prodding, they allowed me to disassemble the short rack and send back in the (stipulated) exact original packaging with no damage to the boxes. And the shipping cost is shouldered by me. Once this criteria was met and they received, the item, they would refund me for the short rack and they would allow me to purchase the taller version. Laughable. Maybe I am wrong, but I thought asking to purchase the taller side supports in lieu of returning the full short rack was a reasonable request.I didn't think companies could get away with such bad service anymore, but here we are. Buyer beware.
