Titans Fitness provides multiple avenues to contact their customer service team and their responsiveness is definitely respectable considering. When Marion contacted me she had researched my particular grievance, provided me with a detailed explanation which really couldn't have been prevented and still provided me with multiple courses of action while also elevating the issue to management in an effort to provide me the best resolution possible. At the end everything was resolved with my order and further solidified why I am and will continue to unleash my Titan as long as I am able!

The equipment was damaged in route due to their very poor packaging. Fixed weight barbell was ordered and arrived with foam packing in cardboard box (60 lb. Weight). The rubber ends were dated with chunks of rubber on both ends missing, box was almost completely destroyed. Asked for a fair credit and recieved $9.49 after two days of hassle. Rogue, Texas PowerBar, elitefts great company's will good support. Titan well...not.
