Titan Has Turned The Corner

I think Titan Fitness has turned the corner for the better, based on older reviews I've read vs. my own personal experience and that of others more recently. I ordered the fixed weight barbells, and I got an excellent price from Titan fitness on equipment that is commensurate with what one would expect to find in a professional/commercial gym; it was that nice. Titan took good care of me, and the shipping was quick. The downside, and I see this in reviews, is that the packaging (cardboard boxes that the barbells come in) is flimsy. Okay, I can see that as a valid complaint. I did receive some barbells in my order delivered by FedEx, and they packaging was gone; FedEx tagged the bar, and the ends of a couple of the weights were dirty--not egregious. There is an upside to the flimsy packaging: I don't have a ton of bulky packaging to toss in the trash. One of their competitors shipped me items in a wooden crate! What a pain to dispose of a wooden box that I need to break down. Anyway, I would continue to order from Titan. And have you seen their new SWEET bench!? OMGosh that thing is gorgeous, and for that price! Wowza!

Fast Shipping and Quality Products

I recently purchased a log barbell from Titan and I was blown away by the product and service. First of all, the shipping was very fast. From purchase to delivery was only 4 days, and we are talking about a 70 pound item. The barbell is very durable and well made. They really pay attention to detail in manufacturing.

Very happy with Titan X-3 power rack, bumper plates, and olympic barbell

I'm very happy with the quality and pricing of my Titan X-3 power rack, bumper plates, olympic barbell, and portable weight plate tree. I compared the quality and pricing with Rogue, and Titan was the right choice for me. I've been lifting with dumbbells for 2 years, and I'm a beginner with barbells.I ordered on titan.com. It was easy to compare products with estimated totals, ship dates, etc. I received a first-time buyer coupon from Titan (signup for emails, texts was required).I initially ordered cast iron weight plates that were backordered. The estimated date changed a couple of times, and I didn't want to wait. Macy, customer success rep, was incredible! She was helpful, efficient, and creative in helping me renew my first-time buyer coupon, cancel my cast iron plates, and order my bumper plates.Titan offers free shipping and route protection to cover any possible damage by shipping companies. My items arrived on time and well packaged. The instructions were clear and made it easy to assemble. I highly recommend Titan for fitness equipment.

Great Communication & Service

I originally had an issue with a product being delivered, no fault to Titan Fitness, but UPS. Without any help from the carrier, I was able to get a quick and helpful resolution with Stephanie from Titan. It was great to be able to communicate with an actual person, unlike most places with an automated system. Stephanie took care of the issue & had great customer service!
