Customer service I received with Jude at Titan fitness was excellent. He was very responsive, professional, polite, and quick! They were able to resolve an issue with my order quickly. One of the best customer service I have ever received. No lie, you will be taken care of at Titan.
They were unable to help me cancel an order that was placed less than 24hrs ago and instead just cancelled part of the order! Keep in mind that they contacted me to ask if part of the order should be cancelled and I said no. They they confirmed that nothing would be cancelled but I wake up the next do to a partially cancelled order.
I had questions on a piece of equipment, and pricing. I used the online chat feature and connected with an agent name Angelo. In my opinion, he went over and above assisting me. All the questions were answered, and I was confident that I got the correct information because Angelo backed up the info through cross referencing
Ezzerflora was extremely helpful and very apologetic on behalf of the company. She answered all questions I had and reassured me it would be handled quickly. And it was. Hard to find employees like that. Hats off to her! Customer service from Titan was fast and prompt. Very satisfied.
I bought an adjustable bench during a sale near the end of the year. I had no apprehensions since I’d bought a squat cage a couple months prior, and had a good experience.Upon receiving the bench, it needed to be assembled. Not a huge problem considering the savings from the sale. When I was almost done with putting the bench together, I noticed a missing part… a bushing. I emailed customer service and received a response the next day that they could either send me one, or I could go buy one locally and that Titan would reimburse me. I opted to have one sent. A couple of days later, I got an order number for the part that would be shipped. Two separate times in the months since I’ve gotten non-committal responses regarding the part. It would’ve been nice to have them honor the commitment of sending the part.
I ordered the Titan Fitness Fan Bike, and it arrived quickly and earlier than projected. The box was damaged (not Titan’s fault) and during assembly I found my seat post to be damaged during shipping. I contacted Titan and their customer service was awesome, they sent me a replacement post immediately and it clearly evident they value their customers. I will continue to be a Titan customer, and would recommend them to anyone. The quality of their products is fantastic, and customer service is remarkable!
