The customer service was great. The ability to cancel an order in real time is a major issue with this company. It should be an easy process but it's made impossible with the way you allow access to customer service. Good product, good customer service on an individual level, terrible company processes that make real time interaction impossible for a customer if you need to change or cancel an order before it's been shipped.
Cassandra was awesome. She found the answer to all my questions and was more than pleasant and helpful. Titans quality is also on the move upward. I love your customer service and your company. I’ve spent a lot of money Over the last year with titan and plan to spend more because of the service and increase in quality of equipment. Monday, February 14th, 2022. -- This review is for jbillie regarding the support that I received regarding two issues- over this past weekend. The first is the charges for the Titan H-PND I purchased. My bank alerted me that there was a charge for $339.85 and I had not spent that amount on any products. Within 24 hours jbille informed me that my final charges would be: one $339.85, one $233.42 for a total of $573.27. My credit card shows these final amounts. The next issue was regarding shipping of the Titan H-PND. The item ships in two boxes. Both arrived early- thanks Titan. The first box arrived and FedEx showed the entire shipment as delivered. Jbillie had informed me that I could send an email and it would reopen my case and even though the issue was not the same, jbillie researched the shipping and let me know what was happening. Jbillie explained that the second part of the shipment was still in route and that I should receive it by February 14, 2021 which I did.Jbillie was outstanding in handling both issues. The messages I received were succinct, professional, and very prompt. I really appreciate having the issue worked over the weekend. This kind of thorough and prompt service; responding over the weekendand working diligently on the issues separates Titan from its competitors. Kudos to jbille for great work on two very sensitive issues- money and receiving product.Hire more jbillies!
I appreciate Titan’s excellent customer service representatives. Carryl is especially knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me process a price adjustment for my first Titan order and even answered questions I didn’t know I had. For example, there was an error that wouldn’t allow me to see the status of my order on the Titan website, Carryl updated me instead and let me know that it’s already out for delivery, much earlier than I expected. I appreciate the information that she gave me, that I wouldn’t have access to otherwise, because now I can be sure that my package is secure and to expect it today. I’m glad I ordered from the Titan website and Carryl’s assistance was very important to a first time customer like myself. Needless to say, I am definitely going to be ordering from the Titan website again in the future.
