This is a follow-up to my review of the Swiss Bar which I purchased in December 2021. After I submitted the concerns discussed in my original review, I was immediately contacted by Titan customer outreach. Karen provided excellent customer support. In a single phone call of less than 15 minutes, she listened, researched, and obtained and identified the BEST solution for the issue. In fact, I also spoke with Marj (she was out of the office when I called) who was equally helpful. My Titan experiences have all been very positive. Titan is my go-to equipment store because of prices, free (and fast) shipping, but most of all, their superior customer support.
Saw a great deal from Titan Fitness (I subscribe to their adverts and have placed many orders with them) but had some questions. So I used the Live Chat and Angelo was able to help me out quickly and efficiently and did so politely and professionally.Not surprised, as all my experiences with Titan support staff has been spot on. It's one of the reasons I order from them so often.
