Angelo Vicencio was very helpful and courteous and provided me with all of the information I needed. I wasn't sure if I was ever going to receive the feet for my leg extension machine that I recently purchased and he was able to confirm the parts were sourced and were on the way.
I recently placed an order for five pairs of kg plates. Four pairs arrived promptly but the last pair didn't show up. I let the support team know about this problem and within hours Angelo Vicencio reached out with a clear, detailed response that solved the problem. The missing plates are being replaced. Thank you!!
I ordered three items from Titan Fitness recently. T-2 rack, 245 lb plates set, and olympic barbell.First, T-2 rack arrived with some rusty parts although I ordered a new one. I complained about it, and they've said "sorry", and they provided the solution called "return" that heavy product. Of course, as you guys all know, it takes a lots of time to get delivered gym stuffs. I couldn't wait more. So,I just cleaned it up by myself although it looked "used or old one" with rusty parts. Later, I complained one more time to Titan assistant, but they simply ignored it unfortunately.Second, when 245 lb iron plates set was delivered, delivery guy left the product in my neighbor's parking lot in the snow. Not even in front of house, but in parking lot. It was hazard. I also complained about it, and Titan assistant asked me to get 200 points (which is $10) and kindda give me some pressure to give a positive review on assistant. I am certainly not gonna order anything anymore.
In my experience everything at Titan is first class.The Products, Price, Customer Service are excellent.I have been a Titan Customer for over a year, processed10 orders and never a bad experience. First off ANGELO was great. Titan itself not so much with calls never being answered and emails being ignored but once Angelo picked up my case he responded quickly. Addressed the issue. Made the calls and handled the problem. Before him I'd been trying to get it fixed for a week. With him on it everything was fixed in a day. THANK YOU ANGELO
