Review Time
I had placed an order and was wondering when it would be shipped to me. I emailed Titan Fitness on a Saturday not expecting to hear back until at least Monday and to my surprise I received a response on the same day with all the information I needed. I will always do my business with Titan Fitness and will spread the word.
Let me start out by saying my whole home gym is Titan Fitness. I purchased over 6k worth of home gym equipment in a 2 month period. I am happy with the build quality and the products I have received. What I cant stand with Titan is the customer support. I have had ordered canceled without consulting me on why they were canceling. I have products I ordered months ago show getting prepared for shipment, never ship and then go back to open status. I have called customer support and been told by management they dont know what is going on and why my issues happened. Been told multiple times 'From Managers' that they would look into my issue to just be ghosted. I have been a big supporter of Titan but I will not purchase another thing from them.
Had a question about my loyal t points and called, chose to be called back instead of being on hold, got the call back quickly but we could not hear each other and I had to hang up. Called again and selected the same call back option but it was almost the end of customer service hours and I did not receive a call back or expect it, but I did get an email from angelo in the morning and he was able to remedy the problem very quickly.
Titan has great customer support! A coupon I found online would not apply to my order, so I reach out to customer support after placing my order. Sunshine very quickly resolved the issue and refunded me the coupon amount. Great service!
I inquired about a specific dimension for the Wall Mount Lat Tower so I could prep my space for installation.Angelo Vicencio from Titan's Customer Success Team responded promptly with the correct information.Great customer service experience.
I worked with Angelo Vicencio during my last request with Titan support. Angelo went above and beyond to get an answer to my request and help fix some issues I had with Titan points. Overall, great experience with Angelo. Very similar to all my Titan customer service experiences. From what I've seen, Titan has the best customer service for any of the large home gym brands, by a long shot.
