I had an issue with an order missing parts do to damage from shipping, and I was having trouble getting an answer until got in touch with me. He actually staying in contact with me and got me the replacement parts I need. I am very appreciative of the efforts made by Angelo.
I wanted to give a quick shout out to Angelo who truly took the time to resolve a fairly difficult order experience. I had ordered a backordered item that took much longer to come in than expected, only to arrive with a broke part - which was also to be back ordered much longer than expected. Angelo stayed in contact with me for nearly 2 weeks until all was resolved today. Thanks again, Angelo!
Titan fitness had a preorder on a product. After the expected ship date passed I email their support 4 times with no response. Once the item finally shipped the tracking links were broken and one box has come while I’m still waiting on the other. Not sure if the product is quality, but their customer experience is very poor. In the future I will pay the premium and go with Rogue equipment
I contacted Titan to inquire about the shipping status of my order. I ordered pallet forks and the frame was delivered but not the forks. Meia Rabang was the customer service rep who assisted me. Meia confirmed the forks were part of a separate shipment and I had nothing to worry about. Meia also looked into a first responder discount I had not known about when I placed my order. Titan generously gave me the discount on my order. Big thanks to Meia and Titan Attachments!
