Excellent customer service and easy returns!

My husband was so sweet and ordered a safety squat bar from Titan. I have neck and shoulder issues and was excited to use it. It would have been an awesome addition to our equipment but the neck pad was just too big for me and hurt to use. I sadly had to return it. I contacted Titan and got an agent named Angelo Vicencio, who took care of things right away by sending me a FEDEX return label and giving me the direct link to schedule a pick up. It was super easy and no stress. Excellent customer service and easy returns!

I called your customer service line…

I called your customer service line after receiving an email stating that my fork lift attachment had been delivered. Actually, only one of the forks was delivered. The tracking number I had also showed completed delivery. I left my number so I could get a call back and wouldn't have to wait online for a customer service rep. I got a call back from Sunshine, (Love the name), and explained the situation to her and she located two additional tracking numbers showing expected delivery tomorrow. All is well and I certainly appreciate the prompt explanation of the details. Sunshine also said she will be watching the delivery process for me tomorrow. This is as good as it gets for customer service. Thank you, Titan.
