Words can’t explain how annoying and frustrating this company is to deal withThey leave me a “sorry we missed you “ cardSo I went online and arranged to collect from a depot in my suburb (which it isn’t)I was then told that I would have to go to a different depot location which was Rowville (50kms from me )They said they can’t tell me where to go until my item has been located then I’ll get an smsNo sms received. Checked tracking and it had been delivered to another drop off point so had to go to a servo to collect it?’No email updates etcThis company are useless
Purchased an item from Ebay. Delivery organised on 28/10 and picked up on 28/10 from West Melbourne which is approximately 12km from where it is to be delivered to (Hawthorn).Today is 6/11/2020 and still no delivery. Says it was scanned into the depot on 29/10 and again on 4/10.Call customer service and they can't tell me anything aside from the fact they're surprised. I'm not as the same thing happened to me in April where a package 15km away from me was not delivered until many follow ups over 3 weeks later!!! I can only imagine what would happen if this were interstate. This is just 3 packs of 10m rolls of tape so not even a big item.It is ridiculous - to the point where if a buyer uses TOLL I will be avoiding them going forward (trust me, had I known I would have). The same ebay seller sent me much larger packages via Australia Post which I received in 2 days. I've had many deliveries arrive from Aus Post since then, and even Amazon delivered something the next day despite me ordering on Melbourne Cup day. Only Toll has such poor processes that this can happen.AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Why is this courier still in business? They should close down now! If there is a negative 5 star on this i can give that straight away. Items i ordered were not received. They claimed the “receiver” which is myself cancelled the delivery etc. When i did not even get a text nor a call nor anything! I followed up with customer service and they are clueless Bigtime
My experience so far has been AWFUL. First they delivered but no one was home, so they left a card, and I call and they said they will delivery 9th Oct, and no signature required, but I said I will stay home anyway, So took a day off fromWork. While at home waiting i got an email saying that it may or may not come “today“ and need signature...SO I called and again was told it was on its way, and that now signature was required, then again received an email while I patiently waited and what do you know,They were not delivering that day. Since the 7th October I have no parcel. I have been misinformed Twice and given the run around.The call centre is not even in Australia so they are very unhelpful and dont care and now Im told they have lost the parcel. I paid $350 for a product that they have lost. The customer service is delayed and terrible. Im usually level headed but this has got me so mad
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The courier failed to pick up my parcel. I tried to make contact with their customer services team to follow this up. I made a total of 12 calls without success, the operators have no clue! On the last call the operator sounded like she was in a nightclub. Unbelievable.......avoid this company at all costs!!!!
I live in Queensland's outback and needed to get a google phone to Hong Kong. Apparently Toll Group and Expansys have a deal where a broken Google phone in Australia is picked up by Toll and transported to Hong Kong for replacement and return.On 3 separate occasions, Toll Group Brisbane told the Google support team that they had picked up the item from me, which of course they didn't. Hadn't even tried. So they are liars, they don't tell the truth and their offices don't answer their phones.They not only lie to their big clients, they also lie to their small customers.Avoid Toll Group at all costs. They are scum.
Had a fridge delivered from JB HiFi order 2 weeks ago, Toll changed the time of delivery after setting it which was a bit annoying but once the fridge arrived the 2 guys were amazing going above and beyond getting the fridge up the stairs which was not easy. 5 stars for the delivery guys but minus one star for Toll coordination.
Terrible service.I bought an item from a Melbourne store and paid extra for the priority deliver service 1 to 2 days in Melbourne.Item arrived 6 days later after continuos calls and customer service said They will call and keep me up to date.Nothing no calls.Delivery driver said they tried delivering on a specific day and time but nobody there was nobody home.I checked my security cameras and could confirm that no delivery person came at anytime.Not to mention I had 3 cars in driveway and all family home due to covid lockdown.Terrible service and total waste of my money and time.Sadly their bad service unfairly reflected on the store I bought my item from.I suggested to the store to seriously reconsider using this delivery company.
