ToLL IPEC delivery guys unprofessional, unconsidered, discussing

The delivery guys from TOLL IPEC stated that the company policy is not allow their to get into the customer property because of the covid 19. So they can only drop the item at the property even though the item is heavier than the recevier. Please do not use their service. You are going to have all the heart ache. Do not know what they arrive, not willing to help. Just because they are Gobal company does not mean they are monopoly. Hope some delivery

Extremely poor service!

Extremely poor service!The track and trace function is not user friendly and quite confusing.Attempted to deliver to the wrong address despite the sender having the correct one! Toll decided to omit my house number! Toll said a card was left, if it was it wasn’t left at my house! I was told to ring the number on the card. Tried to find a contact number on their website, that’s a task in itself! I rang to give them the correct details, long wait times, poor phone quality. Correct details given and told by the customer service representative that the parcel would be redelivered the next day. Nope no attempt to deliver was made for the next two days! Tracking details when it works hasn’t changed! Tried to ring and get an answer to no avail, told i can request a call back from an agent! No joy! Who knows where the parcel is! This is not the first timetoll couriers has made a balls of delivering my parcel! If I’d known a retailer used Toll I would not have bought anything from them!

Awesome Courier

I just received my delivery. The courier was one of the nicest and best I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, polite and was not rude in regards to my dogs, as many other delivery people have been. This gentleman is an asset to the Toll company.

Dreadful

I ordered something to be spent express.Unfortunately for me the vendor used Toll.Here is why it was unfortunate.1.I paid for express on the basis Toll informed me delivery would be on a certain day,a day I would be home in fact.The day before that day,I was dismayed to receive an email from Toll telling me delivery would be the day before,when I would not be at home.2.There is no facility,as with Aust.Post,to advise that the item may be left in asafe place.3.I missed the delivery therefore.4.Toll left a card saying I may collect item from a 7 Eleven parcel locker on presentation of card and id.5.Next day I attempted to do so but was denied because I did not have a PIN that the 7 Eleven shop assistant told me Toll should have sent me.6.Itried phoning Toll on 131531 only to give up waiting owing to delays put at the feet of Covid.7.After wasting a couple of hours of what remains of my precious life and a few dollars worth of petrol I went home,no parcel.8.Shortly after arriving home,and some 24 hours after Toll attempted delivery,I did in fact receive an email from Toll with a PIN.I will return this afternoon after giving my blood pressure a chance to return to normal.This company does not give a bugger about customers.And why the requirement of a PIN,as Toll itself said in its “Sorry we missed you “ card,I had to present only the card and id,like Aust.Post.No mention of PIN until 24 hours later and after my failed pickup attempt!Life is hard enough in these times!

Well travelled gate

Gate to come from Auckland to a short distance south of Hamilton. Simple? Nope! Gate and a second box, containing hinges, went to Coromandel. I called to find out where our promised delivery was. No idea. Then they thought it was with Coromandel Couriers - why? The delivery address is in the Waikato! Can you call them? No, I have emailed them. So, I phoned them. Hinges were already on their way back to Auckland but the gate had been missed so was still in Thames?! This was Monday. Tuesday: both on their way back to Hamilton but nothing arrived at our place. Level 4 lockdown: Advised they can still deliver and both boxes had been loaded onto the truck this morning. I happened to walk outside and saw the Toll truck. Driver had decided nobody was home and couldn't deliver the gate. Thank goodness I had gone out! Gate unloaded. Second box? Don't know where it is!! I want my delivery fee back and will strongly recommend nobody uses this crowd.

Is there a negative rating??? Because TOLL does not even deserve 1 star.I ordered my parcel and paid extra money for express delivery. In receipt its also mentioned B2C priority overnight delivery.However, even after 48 hours of parcel being ready to picked up and I am still awaiting for my delivery. It was promised to be delivered in 24 to 48 Hours.In 2 days, I made 6 calls and BEGGED them, its priority and urgent parcel, please deliver.Every single time, telephone operator ask for mobile number, email address and tell "WE WILL CALL YOU SOON YOUR MOBILE".Never ever I received any call, instead I had to call them 6 times and still NO resolution.In last call (6th Call), I was told that its held at DEPO and it can't be delivered within timeframe promised which is today. Instead its going to be delivered tomorrow.My whole purpose of this delivery for today for special personnel occassion is lost. Its pathetic company.No matter how much extra you pay for express delivery, they ONLY deliver as per their wishes or their DEPO MANAGER's WISH.There is no system whatsoever within this TOLL group.No one is taking any responsibility for any delivery.Its just standard monotonus reply every single time.HOPELESS people. I am never ever going to use them ever again.Any one who wish to use TOLL group service, be very careful (TOLL Group CAN"T be trusted)

The package being sent to me has been in their Auckland depo for 2 days now, Called them three times to ask why it was not scanned or moving. They don't care, they will not return my calls or my requests.They also no longer or not able to deliver to anywhere in Whangaparaoa Auckland (just another Auckland suburb) and outsource this area to NZ Post......and we all know how good they are! It's no wonder Japan Post Holdings is selling them after a $623.8 million LOSS.I would be very careful of signing any deals with this company!

For a logistics company they have…

For a logistics company they have absolutely no idea of how to organise the logistics of a delivery or about the geography of the country they deliver in. Both times I have unfortunately had to have toll deliver the parcels through online shopping the parcels have been processed at depots nowhere near my location and then have to be shipped again.

WORST delivery service ever !!

WORST delivery service ever !!! I have been online shopping for a couple of years now and shop mostly online so I have alot of orders come through every month. I must say, EVERYTIME i have been forced to receive a delivery with Toll, it NEVER arrives on time, there's ALWAYS an excuse as to why my delivery is late, customer service is of NO help; The company has absolutely NO IDEA what they are doing and their service is absolutely disgusting.

This is my first time with toll and one my worst experience since also far. I was waiting for my parcel the whole day and without any alert I got a message that I missed my delivery.
