This company are a SCAM. I feel such an idiot. Confirmation email received. Then nothing! I went on to the website and found the confirmation page of my order. Everyday the wording on my confirmation updated with that days date. That alerted me that something was not right. Promise of a response within 3 hours …….. I cancelled my payment with the bank and raised a dispute. Two days later a phone call from a withheld number. Trying to talk me out of continuing with my dispute and the product was being sent that day. As if. They just wanted me to cancel my payment dispute…. Avoid at all costs
I ordered a collectors edition toy so was quite expensive. I never received tracking info like stated in my confirmation email but my order turned up 4 days early and in perfect condition.I will have a very happy little girl on her birthday. Thank you Toys central.
Company is charging 4 and 5 times the actual rrp of items, "discounted" from even worse prices. Truly disgusting. It looks like an extra 0 on what might be a good price. 100% trying to trick peopleThey say they're prices differ from other local vendor because of supply and shipping costs but the products I was looking at specifically are from the UK and less than 25% the price in other vendors with less than a 10% margin. Again, their prices are over 200% more in a lot of cases
Terrible company. I purchased my Autistic/ ADHD Son a dreamgym doorway sensory swing for Christmas. In less than a month, the hanging straps started to fray.Health and safety. Not safe to use.The cost was £280.00. So not cheap.They refuse to send replacement straps. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Once they have your money. They don't care in providing any customer service.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. They took the money from my credit card immediately, but they still haven't sent me anything, and they're not responding to emails. Save yourself the trouble and buy from somewhere else instead.UPDATE: I have increased the rating to 2 stars as the item did finally arrive. However, this company's communication has been atrocious. When I ordered the item I received an automated email telling me they would let me know when it had been dispatched, but they never did. I raised two support tickets, one expressing concern at the delay, and another telling them the item was no longer needed (the birthday had been and gone). With each support ticket they sent me an automated email saying they would respond, but they never did.

Ref : Order: UK-TC#P7802740890Think twice before ordering from this company, I wish I did and waited.Order 1 x micro rc Dominus rocket league car and 1 x micro rc Endo rocket league car. Both cars were guaranteed to arrive for Xmas so I decided to fork out a high price of £77 rather than wait till after Christmas just to make my son happy.The dominius arrived on the 9th Jan, no sign of the other. Emailed about this and asked for a refund for the Endo car and a refund for postage as I felt that was better as I did not think much of the one we did receive. Have not had a reply from my email. God awful customer service so avoid at all costs. My son now has not got what he was really hoping for and I paid £77 and only received the cheaper car!Edit:Thank you swapnil for your reply. Unfortunately toyscentral has messed up again !1, I did not recieve the refund as requested, which would have put and end to all of this.2, without being asked I have been sent out another Dominius car, which means I have now 2 Dominius cars, which would only come to £60.Please tell me how hard it is to actually read my review and send me the refund requested.So instead of refunding me like I asked, toyscentral cannot even send out the correct toy which would be the ENDO and now even if I did accept this toyscentral would still owe me £9.60.As stated before I would like a refund for £47.55 for the Endo and postage. The 2nd Dominius is unopened and can be sent back but will only be done when I receive the refund that I requested. I bought 2 toys for £69.60 but have now recieved 2 identical toys that cost £60. I am out of pocket by £9.60 and although I have asked for a refund, they deem it fit ( without asking ) to send an identical car and are quite happy that they have done their best to solve my issue. I have never had to deal with a company that does not listen to what their customers say and get orders so terribly wrong. I wish I had read reviews from other disappointed customers first.
