Review Time
When I first received my item (Clue Office Board game) I was quite disappointed as it was damaged. I reported this issue on the phone and was asked to Email pictures. Once this was completed i had notification and was given with a new tracking number. The product arrived today in absolute mint condition, fully sealed. Thank you for sorting the problem.
This company whilst not scamming are most definitely mis-informing customers about who and where they are & how quickly they can deliver. I was looking for an item for a Christmas present, not something that is easily available in the UK but I could see that you could buy it in the US. During my search Toyscentral UK came up and showed the item in stock. It showed that if ordered within a certain time it could be delivered before Christmas. The cost of the item was extortionate but I felt as it was in the UK it was worth paying the extra. Well, turns out they don't have the item in stock & order it from overseas to be delivered direct to customers - so just middlemen really- and not operating in the UK either. It took them 4 days to 'process' the order & then after a few emails said delivery could be anytime between 2-3 weeks. So missing Christmas and not within the timescale shown on the item. It has now arrived but late and at a high cost. Also their customer service treat you like an idiot & just refer you to 'Ts & Cs' rather than answering direct questions. Lesson learnt. Learn yours from me & avoid.
I didn’t realize there were different countrys that this company exists, so I inadvertently left a review on the .ca one. However, I did check my tracking and it says Swindon, GB. So, in reading the other reviews here, I see I’m not alone. Same story, no refund when requested, package still not here, dec 24. I simply went on the website to order a toy that was sold out everywhere else, at almost quad the price I might add. I quickly requested a refund when I realized it was the wrong item after all. Well, I was offered a 10% refund. Huh?! I complained and then was offered a full refund. Ok cool. A day later I get an email notifying me of shipment. Gah! I might add that this was through several emails that usually took a day each. I’m tired of fussing about it at this point. If it arrives, if, great. I got a toy I don’t need. BE WARNED, stay clear of these guys. It’s not on the level. There are so many red flags in retrospect, I should’ve known better. Lesson learned.
I am just reading all reviews now and seems I have been scammed. I have reported the website to the police who are now investigating. I paid for an item since 22/12/2024 and it was estimated to be delivered on 31st and till date no item delivered. They gave me a dhl tracking number and item has been in the same position which shows it’s a fake tracking number as another customer mentioned here. I will ensure all enforcement agency investigates this company as I am pissed off because this item was for my daughter’s birthday and it never arrived. I have sent an email and no one has responded. I just want my money back, I paid a lot for this item.
Dodgy company. Ordered a product which was already far more expensive than retail price but given it was sold out in other normal retailers, it seemed like a good option. Despite being shown a delivery date of 1-2 weeks, it did not arrive in that timeframe and having called them they advised me it would be at least another week - no explanation or apology offered. Worst of all, they clearly share their information with scammers as since ordering I have received multiple phishing emails attempting to get me to click on links to check the status of my order. If they have had a data breach, they are not complying with their GDPR requirements to notify customers, so my guess is they have sold the information intentionally (also a GDPR breach). Stay away from this company!
The company claims to be UK based but items are shipped via America. And some of the confirmation emails are in Hong Kong currency?! I placed an order in early December, plenty of time before Christmas. I still haven’t received the items and the company has confirmed they will not arrive in time for Christmas. Very disappointing. A waste of time. This is not a UK company
The Miko 3 was received and I had regular update for the delivery but did not specify the date of expected arrival date. However, when I spoke with the customer services I was reassured that I will receive within 7 working days. I was generally happy with the experience as I got it for my Granddaughter before Christmas.Very good price.
