dont trust this company i have to get my bank and the guards involved as i ordered my son action figures 2 weeks ago i was made believe it would arrive in 5 working days and i purchased so it would arrive for his birthday and iv sent several emails and got no reply the number just transfers me to a chinese national who cannot speak a word of english my sons birthday since came and he has no toys yet from this website and he is heartbroken. toys central is a scam and the police are now following up and also tracing the ip address my order number was TC#P653694054. i hope they are ashamed of themselves making a 5 year old cry scumbags
Ordered 2 Mafex figures for our son. 1 turned up without any box and was clearly counterfeit. The other 1 week later, with a box but as soon as it was unpackaged it fell apart in his hands. Do not trust this company, they sell fake products and then wont refund. Disgusting
Do not buy from these. Shocking service. Not sure what scam they may be running but took my order and money, then cancelled it with an email saying I cancelled it!! Which I didn’t! No reply to two emails, phone number just goes dead. I certainly will never consider them again. Too risky.
Worst experience ever.Purchased 2 items for £127.20 on 24 Dec 2023, no update ever heard since then. So I email them twice a week ago to ask about the progress and still no reply. Order: UK-TC#P313290586 this was ordered 28th November as a Christmas gift, it arrived on 21st December only thing is it’s a used game. There was no seal on the box and the contents had all been opened and used! Definitely not what I ordered and paid nearly £50 for! Customer service haven’t replied to chats or emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.UPDATE - no email sent to me to correspond with them, they have my money and aren’t interested. Please only order from here if you want used goods and have money to throw away!
I do not recommend!Fraudsters!I bought a box of small figures, and in the envelope I got one small figure. The sales offer says "World\'s Smallest YuGiOh Micro Figures Blind Box". I paid almost £50. Now they are telling me that there is only one figurine on offer.I don't think anyone would think that I would buy a tiny toy for such an amount, where you can buy it for £5 all over the internet.I do not recommend!!! They cheat customers and extort money by writing a false sales offer.
I can't express how bad this company is! Ordered an item and was listed as in stock . Would arrive est 1 week later . A full week later and no correspondence from company even though I emailed . Only due to me actually phoning them did they tell me they didn't have the item in stock and it would be 6 weeks expected delivery . This was for Christmas!!! I demanded a refund and was offered a discount on my next purchase . I will never deal with them again and would advise the same for everyone else. If they even had the curtesy to email to say the item was out of stock but so irresponsible at this time of year!! Addition !!!In response to their reply below . I would like to point out the product didn't disappoint me in delivery as it never wad delivered to me !! That's my point. To this date I still have not got my refund
