Review Time
This is a review for the Waupun Wisconsin location. Store manager’s ego is out of control… bought generator that was a black Friday deal and was damaged during shipping. a plastic cover over the inverter was cracked and possibly damage the inverter. I did the five hour break-in and the generator was not charging the battery, the remote start would not work. I initiated the online refund but never heard anything back so I took it to the store on the 29th day because it was my last day to return it and the store manager kept saying oh well I need to look at it I need more information and basically telling me that she’s not gonna refund it, but maybe try to get it working or exchange it for a different one. And I said no this is bullshit and then she’s like don’t swear at me. I told you last time not to swear at me… I was like last time I never met you, lady. What are you talking about? So I got pissed. She basically said kick rocks so I left called customer service and they said no problem. Will send you a UPS shipping sticker. You can send it back to us and we will refund you. Literally that easy ! Horrible customer service at Waupun location. She was trying to make it seem like all people use the crap out of these things for 30 days and then they return them and I was like I literally only did the five hour break in. You can check the hours it’s gonna say five or six hours on it.
The ladies that were working the store Christmas Eve was very helpful, nice and polite. The helped me find exactly what I needed; that I hadn’t tried before, to get my fireplace burning good and smooth for the rest of the night. I just wanted to thank those ladies again cause it was 5 minutes before closing, and Christmas so I appreciated that.
Did not receive entire order in online shipment. No response from TSC after multiple emails. No acknowledgement. Hate to stop going to local store too but can't continue to buy from a company that shorted me $28 worth of product. If someone at TSC cares, look at Chewy customer service and copy it.
Well it seems that Tractor Supply never fails to FAIL the customer. In Nov 2022, I had a problem with purchases on Veterans Day, filed a complaint, Tractor Supply SAID they would make it right and never did. Several times they told me they would have the store manager contact me and it never happened. So I stopped patonizing them. In Nov 2024 I decided to give them another chance and made a considerable purchase, I bought several items in bulk and should have receive both a bulk purchase discount as well as a Veteran discount, and the cashier showed me as he entered the items and discounts on the register but when I got home, there were no discounts, not to mention that I had opened a TS credit card and didn't receive a promotional discount for that either. I also found that the store personnel had loaded the wrong items, which I'm sure nullified one of the bulk discounts. I contacted Tractor Supply, got one response, and then nothing. Additionally, when I looked at my Preferred Neighbor account, this transaction didn't show. I spent Christmas and month of January dealing with an out-of-state death in the family and still have heard NOTHING from this worthless company. After finding this site and seeing the large number of complaints, it's pretty obvious that Tractor Supply couldn't care less about its customers.
Damn only got 2 days of work this week wonder how I'm going to eat or get gas?!?! Since tractor supply keeps running out of hours to give its employees. They have a motto that goes like "most people give 70% effort but at tractor supply we give 100%". Majority of employees are giving 110% effort to make less while the managers and corporat owners give less than 70% effort yet make more than a livable wage. We make them over 10 billion dollars a year last year was over $14 billon. But they can't afford to give employees hours or a raise that isn't 50 cents.
I ordered a lawn mower to be shipped to store. Granted, I had it shipped to the wrong store. While it was in transit, I got a customer service rep, who said the charge would be refunded, once it arrived and sent back. That didn't happen.I then ordered the same mower to be shipped to my house. Never arrived. So I had to dispute both charges with my CC company.Tractor Supply sent me a tracking number that was useless. Now I will have to order a more expensive mower locally. DON'T ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!
The staff is great the manger if out of control sware at employee noy a team worker let other employee co.e an go at work as he please . I think he need to be Recommended for his actions at work to team members An a like an there should be not vapeing in back room like he doies I feel like I am treated like a no buddy an I am a team member that works at Granville store
I placed an order online for a broom, I went to pick it up Friday night unfortunately the kid never put in the system that I picked it up so I got several emails telling me to pick it up and I just got one that canceled it. I’m not sure what you can do to update your system when somebody does order online and a pick up thanks.
