Ordered a high dollar item. It was delivered late and the shipper flat out lied. I received the item damaged. Customer service placed the problem in my lap telling me I had to make all of the arrangements to get it fixed they offered no help at all. Customer service is poor at best. Don’t order large items if their damaged it’ll become your problem!
I am totally amazed at the wonderful staff, I have to thank especially the manager Ray. Oh I thank kile, Scott, Kirk, Marvin, dee dee, I don’t have the rest of the names right now but every single person in that store is helpful. I am putting up a fence and their help has been unconditional. Great store to shop at !!!
I ordered a Toro Timekeeper mower from TSC. My first experience and wow are they terrible. The mower arrived damaged because they failed to package it properly after assembly. The mower was dented, the decals ripper from rubbing against the metal pallet braces, and the seat was ripped. In addition, the grips on the zero-turn arms were slashed. This after spending more than $3K on the mower. The promised special interest rate on the fincnaing was never applied. Their loyalty program Neighbors Club never reflected my large purchase meaning I had no points applied. I contacted customer service by phone a half dozen times (long hold times and all). Then I switched to email. Still, no Neighbor's Club points. TSC is a disaster!
The most unprofessional customer service in the Country. Had a dispute with charging my card and thirty (30) days later, not resolved and claim denied with paypal. Resolution of issues with card/refund or otherwise money related problems will not get attention because they have your money. I have documentation to prove this in a Court of Law, which I will consider. I'm a retired US Navy Veteran on a fixed income and this did not help.
I recently had a dispute with Tractor Supply over a refund, that seemed to take forever to resolve. I finally talked again to a different customer service agent and she explained what had happened. We got the problem resolved and so I would like to give them a good review since she took care of it. This could have been solved a long time ago if I could have reached them in the customer solution number but it is impossible to get them on the phone. The store mgr have me a different number to call today and I was finally able to talk to Emily, who took care of this perfectly.

If I could give no stars I would. Order no. 1080004520, cat vaccines, mandatory $23+ delivery fee. Ordered 6/22 for 6/23 delivery. Shows delivered, never delivered. Bldg has onsite management and lockers. Customer service auto disconnects after you go through interminable list of options. Finally got Ashley, "Oh I'll research this for you". 12 days later, nothing. Customer service still auto disconnects. Called the store, they don't have any info. No findable email for customer service. Whoever decides to act on this, just process a refund. 5 days or I go to the BBB.UPDATE 7/9Finally got through to Sarai at CS. She handled my refund very professionally, courteously, and apologetically. She provided a very decent gift card in addition to the actual refund. So, finally, a good outcome and then some.
