One-Time Experience

If I could rate them lower, I would. This was my first experience with this company, and it was disappointing. I ordered a riding mower and a plow online. The plow didn't arrive, and the mower came but was non-functional. After 45 minutes on hold, I was told they could do an exchange, assuring me the replacement would be new. After agreeing to the replacement, I learned I had to purchase it first and would get a refund in 2 to 5 business days after returning the broken one. Now, I'm on hold for 50 minutes and still waiting because the store scheduled to pick up the mower has no returns scheduled. I contacted customer solutions for assistance, but the situation is a mess. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I will never deal with them again!

Frustrating Order Experience

I placed an order online on 12/01/25 for delivery to my local store. I entered the correct zip code, but the order was sent to a store three hours away. I've been trying to reach customer service since yesterday morning. The wait time was supposed to be 5 minutes, but after 15 minutes, no one answered. I requested a callback and haven't received one after six attempts and an email. This is incredibly frustrating.

Disappointing Service

I ordered emergency supplies for my horse who hadn’t been drinking for three days. The vet recommended electrolytes and a specific product. I placed my order on 12/1, expecting delivery by 12/2, as I cannot get them myself. They did not arrive as promised. I tried for three days to contact the delivery service and customer service, but no one answered. Finally, I spoke with the manager at the local store, but he was unhelpful and told me to reorder. This isn't my only bad experience with their service or deliveries; it's a widespread issue. I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible Service

On 11/29, I received an email saying my horse feed order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, only part of the order was available. I asked the manager to complete my order from the stock on the floor, but he refused, stating he wouldn't use his floor stock for my order, which was just alfalfa pellets. The staff at this location are consistently rude and unhelpful, and they often run out of common horse feed. Poor management overall.

Positive Experience

I had a wonderful experience at a local store this evening. I stopped to fill my large propane tank for Thanksgiving cooking. A staff member helped me, but there were issues with the tank not accepting gas. The store manager came over, and after some troubleshooting, they discovered a problem with the valve. While waiting for the tank to discharge, the manager arranged for a new tank to be filled at no cost to me and assured me he would call when my original tank was ready for pickup. This outstanding service saved my Thanksgiving without a significant expense. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Poor Online Ordering Experience

On November 13th, I ordered a turkey fryer for Thanksgiving, initially scheduled for delivery on November 12th. When it didn’t arrive, I was informed it would be delayed until the 13th. After it still didn’t come, I called customer service, only to find out that the manufacturer was out of stock and it was never in transit. An absolutely dreadful experience in this day and age of efficient online shopping.

Buyer Beware

I purchased a several hundred dollar arena harrow in July 2025, expecting it to last for years. However, it snapped in half in November 2025 after only light use. The company does not offer a warranty and directed me to the manufacturer, which is based in the UK. They don't honor warranties for products sold in the USA. The company was unhelpful and refused to support the product they sell. In my experience, they have poor customer service and sell low-quality, overpriced items.

Unexpected Price Increases

I've had a subscription for dog food delivery for a year, but recently both the price and shipping fees increased without notice. I placed an order today, but was informed I couldn't cancel it once it started processing. I found out they had been charging me the higher delivery price for at least a month without informing me. I will never use the subscription service again due to these unexpected charges and lack of cancellation options.

Inconsistent Subscription Experience

I have ordered three times online for a product I subscribed to, and on two occasions, one of the items was missing. I can understand a mistake once, but to have it happen again in the next order is unacceptable.
