Tractor Supply Co. customer service is the worst. I have an account with them and have one issue that needs to be resolved. I called them and they did nothing. I then contacted them through the contact form on their website and was ignored. I emailed them directly and was ignored again. Why shop with a company that doesn't care about its customers.
Purchased a small trailer in December 2024. I hooked it up to my 4 wheeler to load some mulch. Loaded one load, took it to my garden, unloaded it and noticed the tire was flat. I took it off to fix it. It had a tube in it and the stem had fallen into the rim. I took a screwdriver to pry the tire off and the rim bent. It was made of aluminum. Junk. I then saw it was made in China. I called the store and they said to bring the wheel in and they would order another one. Now there is no way I wanted another aluminum rim so I told them I was bringing the trailer back the next day. I did that and I had paid cash. They said they didn't have the cash but would give me a credit to purchase something else at the store. Crazy! I asked them when they would have the money in the register and the manager said to come back around 1 PM. I live half hour away. I did get the cash back and thought no more Tractor Supply. Then I decided to try a different store today being Mar 3, 2025. I needed ramps to load a car onto my trailer. Their best ramps were rated at 3000 pounds and I told the guy what I was going to use them for. He said they should work. I mentioned to him that they were steel which I thought they were because they were painted black where the other ramps were not painted because they were aluminum. He thought they were steel also. I tried them as soon as I got home and they bent right away. I didn't figure the front end of my car would be over 3000 lbs but evidently it was. Now, the problem is this, when they bent you could then see they were aluminum so I flipped them over and stood on them with my 165 lbs and bent them back by jumping on them. There's no way these could have held 3000 lbs. Anyway, I then looked at where they were made and once again, China. I did call them just to let them know that I could jump on them to bend them back. Anyway, $242 down the drain. No more Tractor Supply.
On line shopping and ordering is very cumbersome and time consuming. The information you input is consistently dropped and after numerous attempts I finally gave up. This is not first time I’ve had issues with TS website. Upgrade desperately needed.
Review for Tractor Supply Co. Burleson Store #308. At 324 SW Wilshire.___________________________I ordered a product which was a tube of medicine for my dog, online. It was delivered by ROADIE, the product was opened, used and not intact when I received it. I contacted the store and spoke with Sherry the store manager and she told me to contact the delivery service and they would pick up the damaged/used medicine and return it to the store and exchange it for a new one. Upon calling the delivery service ROADIE (and waiting on hold for 27 minutes for someone to take my call), the customer service representative was very nice and told me she would have the delivery driver come back out pick up the one that he tampered with and return it to the store and bring back a new one. Several hours went by and the person who tampered with the original product came back to pick up this product and took a picture of it as well and took it back to the store after I explained to him that I needed the medicine today and he needed to return with a new one. The Roadie driver did take the tampered one back to the store dropped it off and left and never brought back a new one. I called the store manager who at that time was now Calub, and I explained the situation and explained that I needed the medicine desperately today for my dog who is sick. Calub, went out of his way to deliver it to me after work, on his own time, at his own suggestion because he knew it was an urgent situation. I am very thankful and grateful to Calub for going out of his way to deliver this product to me at my place of residence. That is called true customer service.Thank you so very much to CALUB for going out of your way for your customer. I greatly appreciate your kindness and compassion especially when the driver from Roadie, apparently was the one that tampered with the product and dispensed over half of it. Thank you again for your customer service!
I love the stores and their selection of products and prices are good. Hoever, ii placed my first time online order going in circles!!! Finally phoned but then order "cancelled" because of AX pmt.....redid order on phone cancelled again....obviously it was something to do with accepting AX because i was in great standing in my account. When put on my debit card it went through!!!! I own a fair amount of stock in TSC and this has me rethinking about their business practices! I dont have time to spend so much time placing a $300 order!!! Horrible experience! Worth paying more with Amazon!
My experience was just awful. Went in to purchase coal. Was told they didn't carry coal.Searched online and found they did have coal and that they have 38 bags in stock. Went back to the store and showed them on their own website that they do have coal. They went to check and came back saying they lost the 38 bags and can't find them....Seriously...
I purchased a propane space heater on January 6 2025 I used it today for the second time when I turned the gas on the regulator started to leak I got it to stop but the heater would only work for 10 minutes them cut off .I took it back to tractor supply and was told my warranty was good for 30 days and I was 2 days over so I have to pay for a new regulator I will not do business with those who don’t stand behind their products
I put a chicken coop in layaway and I had some horrible unforseen things happen which put me in a financial bind. I went today to get my coop and they removed it from layaway, when I was told that I could have it in layaway as long as needed. No one contacted me, I did not cancel the layaway and when I explained to the employee that I should be able to get my coop she turned into a TSC Karen and became a total B. I told her to keep my down payment because they obviously need it more than I do and I left. I then contacted TSC headquarters to let them know what happened, the manager from that store also refused to help. Rude, poor quality service, you could at least help someone when you knew they hit bumps in the road. I will go other places to buy the things I need, I will no longer advise my clients to purchase their dog food there, I won't buy grooming blades or other grooming products there anymore, nothing - I'm done.
