Review Time
I put a chicken coop in layaway and I had some horrible unforseen things happen which put me in a financial bind. I went today to get my coop and they removed it from layaway, when I was told that I could have it in layaway as long as needed. No one contacted me, I did not cancel the layaway and when I explained to the employee that I should be able to get my coop she turned into a TSC Karen and became a total B. I told her to keep my down payment because they obviously need it more than I do and I left. I then contacted TSC headquarters to let them know what happened, the manager from that store also refused to help. Rude, poor quality service, you could at least help someone when you knew they hit bumps in the road. I will go other places to buy the things I need, I will no longer advise my clients to purchase their dog food there, I won't buy grooming blades or other grooming products there anymore, nothing - I'm done.
......Tractor Supply is a great store that needs some improvement. Excellent store employees in Huntington,Indiana, and a great store for all pet supplies, dog toys, farm equipment , clothing, etc.....That being said, the Tractor supply online review moderators do not understand or comprehend English, have limited intelligence, and I will assume that is because their customer service center is based in a 3rd world nation....I have posted many excellent 5 star positive reviews of Tractor Supply products on their website that were removed because the "moderators" could not comprehend English!
Ordered a Chicken Coup online as the company appeared legitimate despite the low cost of the item, I was excited as I am close to moving into a country home and intend to have chickens. Delivery never arrived, numerous emailed correspondence with the customer service insisting the tracking showed jet was delivered. The tracking number matches no courier companies here, ther were people home and the neighbours did not sign for the item. No photo, no signature and no authorisation for the package to be left without signature. So disappointed and will be continuing with a claim for refund as well as reporting the website as a Scam. I called this morning on 01/17/25 and spoke to an employee named Anna. I needed guidance on a product ( straw/hay ) to help a cat & 3-month old homeless kitten where I reside. We are having an Actic Blast and my compassion for the animals or anyone outside is unwavering. I'd never bought straw/hay before & another merchant in Baytown whom works for a feed store referred me to Tractor Supply because Marcus who was wonderfully helpful enlightened me they had loose straw/hay at TractorSupply store. I let ANNA know my situation and why I was looking for this product. I specifically asked if they let people have what's fallen off the bundles of hay. I'm on a low income. I felt the need to help an animal hopefully stay alive throughout the COLD. She's said no they don't do that. I asked how much straw/hay cost. She told me $15.29. I was just glad I was able to find this in Baytown. I went to their store on Garth Rd and there was 10 people waiting for FREE loose straw/hay that I asked ANNA if they had or did just as Marcus said. I asked her why they were getting free straw/hay? She raised her voice and immediately said "don't start in on me". I let her know why she was treating me that way when I just asked a question. It's hard being lied to & then Anna turning it back on me. I am ill a severe stage 4 with multiple challenges and a senior citizen. I went ahead and purchased for $15.29 and asked where do I get the straw/hay? That was a mistake to because I again was treated poorly by asking another question. I've never been in a Tractor Supply store and would never again or recommend this store to anyone and would definitely let them know to avoid at all cost because they have assaulting insulting employee. She's responsible for her lie and lack of apologetics. She's snide and hateful and I called her a freak after I went back in the store after driving around to the side of the parking lot where I was told to go and on the way to the straw/hay room there was loose straw/hay on the parking lot floor and I got out of my car and put 3 hefty bags of straw/hay in them filling them up off the ground and put in the back of my car. I drove up to the front of the store and went back in and got my money. She was proud. It's sad in these last of last days people don't respect people and even lie and they are rude to the elderly. Without mannerisms there's no HOPE NO LORD. It's a disgrace and in the words of God it's a wicked perverted act of ungrateful and giving no Thanksgiving for employment. I suppose jobs are a dime a dozen with employees who have customer service skills as Anna. When I was her age my employer would have fired me on the spot. People need to know there replaceable and to appreciate there position The LORD has graced them with.
Did not receive my online order. When support eventually replied I was told the parcel was definitely delivered to the correct address and must have been stolen. I stated that I have security cameras at the front of my house and no activity of a parcel being delivered. Yet they still try to press that they are certain it was delivered, when I ask for proof like a photo of the parcel at my door or something they have nothing to show it had been delivered. Very sketchy online shop. Would almost believe it to be a scam.

After ordering an item that was advertised as being in stock, after one week elapsed they cancelled my order. I used two gift cards received at Christmas. They refunded the gift cards but after one week had been destroyed. There had been order and payment confirmation and pick up confirmation was forwarded from the company. The company has been impossible to work with and refused any other repayment options including a store credit. Terrible customer service, terrible business model and will never shop with them again.
