Applied and recieved approval for a TSC…

Applied and recieved approval for a TSC personal credit account. Looked to purchase a riding lawn mower and could only find 2 stores withn a hundred miles that had one, and only one in stock at each store. Called the first store and they said they couldn't sell it as it was a return and had 2 flat tires. They told me they could sell it to me for a one hundred dollar discount after they fix3ed the tires, but it could take up to 3 weeks to get them fixed, ????? Didn't seem to me to be very concerned about whether they sold it or not. Called the second store, they had on allright, but couldn't sell it because it had a broken part on it when it was delivered to them and it wouldn't even start. They have been waiting for three weeks for Cub Cadet to pick it up to fix it and had no idea when it would be picked up. No other store had any in stock within 200 miles. Makes Cub Cadet look like junk, and Tractor Supply incompetent. Buyer beware. I think I will look elsewhere.

I ordered a 20 gallon galvanized trash…

I ordered a 20 gallon galvanized trash can for $27.99. Two days later I get a cancellation notice with no explanation as to why my order was cancelled. Customer service told me that the item is no longer available and had not been removed from their web site. I went back to their web site and a 20 gallon can was still available but at $49.99. On this same page right next to the 20 gallon can is a 30 gallon can for $29.99. I Feel like they're being deceptive. From other reviews and my own experience it looks to me like ordering on line from them is a crapshoot. If they don't have it in stock look somewhere else.

Worst shopping experience of my life

Worst experience of my life. First they promised a contact free delivery due to COVID and then made me go into the store. Also I had placed an online order first that the store promised to cancel when I decided to go and pick it up. They charged $30 delivery free for a cancelled order and it came the next week. No one will help me. Its absolute chaos. When I called customer service I waited 20 min to speak to a manager and before anyone picked up they disconnected. This is hellish

Avoid Highland NY TSC The only TSC I would shop in is the…

The only TSC I would shop in is the Lake Katrine location (Kingston NY) all staff were very friendly and helpful specially Sheri, Kelly & Ashley. Warning: do NOT shop at the Highland location , some employees are ok but most are rude and helpless and the manager “Mike” is sooooooo rude and unprofessional! He gave me the feeling that he does not care about customers or his company ,his employer.... I have no idea how this guy is a manager how can a big company trust people like him to run every day business!!! If it wasn’t for Sheri and her group , I would never step a foot in any of their stores. Avoid Highland TSC!

TSC does not stand behind what they sell.

Personally I will never buy another product at Tractor Supply. I made the mistake of buying a Simpson Power Washer. I used it one time and the defective gasket leaked oil all over my garage floor. I called the store and the manager said that because it 5 weeks, not 4 weeks there was nothing he was able to do. Really? He said call the factory. Well I have been dealing with Simpson for 3 months. What a joke of a company! The part I need they don’t have and they are more than willing to do nothing about it. So I spent $300 on a tool that I used once and not it’s just a piece of junk. Way to go TSC and Simpson.

Cub Cadet Nightmare

I placed this same review on TSC’s site and they banned it. And that’s a problem. Because I read the reviews on their site prior to making my order. I factored the reviews into my decision making process. If TSC is banning truthful but “negative” reviews, then they’re portraying a false narrative. That’s what we used to call LYING. I placed an order for a zero turn 54” Cub Cadet in the store on July 6, 2021 because they didn’t have any in the store. I was assured my delivery would be on July 19th 2021. I didn’t want to use a push mower for two weeks in the July sun but, I’d make it work. Delivery was supposed to be between 10am - 2pm. No mower, no calls. I’ve spoken to several TSC associates on the phone and several of them said they’d have to call or email me back, I received neither. The in store associates have been helpful in trying to track down the mower and the problem but I don’t enjoy driving 30 minutes to the store, one way, to find out where the product is I paid thousands of dollars for. Finally, I posted a nicer review than this on TSC’s site and it was blocked. It appears they don’t want anyone sharing how much of a disaster their services are currently. After I attempted to post my review, mysteriously, all the points I accumulated from my purchase, 6,000 of them, disappeared. I was told I cashed them in on a purchase, which I did not. I was told I’d be credited with my points again but it could take three weeks. Really? Three weeks to add points? Seriously? How long will it take to get my mower TSC? Three years? I understand you don’t manufacture mowers and you’re using Cub Cadet as a supplier, but hiding the truth from potential customers is not a good business model and your handling of the situation just made you lose a customer who was spending thousands of dollars with you. Dishonest. Block this TSC. Again, the in-store associates have been great. But Tractor Supply Company has not been. Do not order anything from this company. You’ve been warned.

Best Scam Artists

I haven't received my package and its been well over 5 days late. Im considering cancelling my order and shopping at walmart. It was supposed to arrive the 14th of July and its the 20th today of 2021. Its tracking says its being prepared to be received at USPS and they haven't gotten it 10/10 will NOT buy from this store again. No i have not been able to get a hold of management in my area nor the website's management please avoid doing business with TSC.

Buyer Beware! Poor Shipping & CSRs

Ordered a kayak online on 06-23-2021, as they didn't sell it in the store. Order cancelled the next day. When I called the number provided within 10 minutes of receiving the cancellation notice text, CSR wasn't sure why it cancelled, as there were 300 of that kayak in stock. That should've been a hint that this would not be a good transaction. He placed the order again on 06-24-2021. The following day, I was excited to receive a shipping notification! (Please note: tracking is on Tractor Supply's website, not the carrier's.) The next day, 06-26-2021, I received an e-mail that the shipment was delayed. As I tracked it over a few days, it went from delivering 06-28 to 06-29 to 06-30 to 07-01. On 07-01-2021, I tracked it again and got N/A as the delivery date. That afternoon, 07-01-2021, I stopped by the store to see if it arrived, but it hadn't. They told me to call customer service, so I spent almost an hour that night on the phone with De'Andre, who called the carrier, XPO Logistics, with me on the phone. He had to call two or three numbers to finally get to someone who could assist us. This woman, Kathy, told us that Tractor Supply messed up their shipment and double Pro'd the Pro number associated with the shipment, which means the carrier didn't know how to bill the freight, and my kayak was likely down in Orlando, FL with the Over, Short & Damaged department, because they had no idea what to do with it. We tried calling, but their office was closed already. The CSR set an appointment to call me back the next morning, 07-02-2021, at 9:00am. De'Andre never called.On 07-02-2021, I called the Orlando terminal for XPO Logistics without the Tractor Supply CSR, to see if XPO Logistics had the kayak so I could go and pick it up from there. This was right before the 4th of July holiday weekend and I was going camping and planning to take the kayak. Melissa said there was a lime green kayak there, but it had been there for two weeks already, so it wasn't mine. She also had a few choice things to say about Tractor Supply and how they ship products. I called Tractor Supply customer service back on 07-02-2021 and got Aliyah on the phone. I explained the situation, telling her that we needed to call the carrier to see what they say, as Orlando does not have the kayak. I'm on hold for a while and she finally gets back on the line to tell me that she talked to the carrier, my kayak was shipping that day and it would arrive the next week. When I questioned why she called them without me on the phone, as I wanted to speak to the terminal as well (I have experience in my job with shipping and receiving), she sounded exasperated and said that she would call the carrier back with me on the line. I was like, great! Then she hung up on me...and didn't call me back...though they ask you immediately when you call for a number to return your call, in case you disconnected. I put in a request for assistance online. Unfortunately, the person, Kayla, called and e-mailed on 07-03-2021 while I was camping and had no signal for phone or e-mail. She said she would call the carrier with me to get status of the shipment. Fast forward to today, 07-19-2021. I've been waiting, hoping the kayak would show up, but I haven't heard from Tractor Supply. I called the store the kayak was supposed to deliver to and the guy I spoke to advised me to just cancel the order and get a refund. Niiiice. He can't help me, though, I have to call customer service yet again. I call today, 07-19-2021, and get Paul. He looks and says that my kayak is supposed to deliver 07-01-2021. At this point, I'm tired of fighting and waiting, so I tell him to just cancel the order and refund my money. He can't refund me yet, as he has to confirm the kayak didn't deliver, so he has to call the carrier again. I tell him, if they have it, call me back, as this was the kayak I wanted and had settled for a different, heavier one. Alas, I just get the e-mail that my order is being returned and refunded. The whole thing has been one disappointing transaction and I do not see myself trusting or using Tractor Supply again in the future.
