It was a great experience as we finally receive monetary compensation for the plane company.Travel refund is really reactive The only thing is when I did the claim myself, the first offer of the plane company was higher than what we finally received.

Be patient

It takes some time as the airlines are not fond of cooperating but after few months the refund has been transferred. The biggest drawback is time and they take a fee for their service. I would recommend.

Never give up!

TravelRefund handled my claim against British Airways brilliantly. it was an awkward claim because we were re-booked onto a flight a day later which then arrived on time. There was no way that I could use the British Airways claim system using our booking number that would show that we actually left and arrived a day later.
