Scammer company of choice

I am constantly getting phone calls (often several a day) from unrecognised UK numbers which when I look up reveal the number to be owned by Twilio. Clearly they are seen as the company of choice for scammers.

I am trying to cancel my account, and have not logged in for a while. It wants to verify a phone number. This should not be necessary to cancel an account.The support is predictably AI and *does not answer the question*.

i am trying to set something up and their support is trash

i am trying to set something up, i need a human, i have to pay for it in order to set up to use the service cause their bot keeps flagging and rejecting my setup, why tf would i pay you when i cant even get the setup working. worst customer support ever

Constant scam calls for scammers that use Twilio numbers.Surely Twilio are as bad as the scammers if they don't shut down the scammers accounts.

This company is disgusting. Hiding in Dublin and using voip to call from anywhere in UK to scam!Sick on blocking numbers. 4 today in 3 hours.

Their service is not working

Their service is not working. I've spent 3 months and a lot of money to find out how to set up their connections between Woocommerce and Twilio. It's just not working. And they have no help.
