0 stars!! The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I have tried to cancel my subscription on multiple occasions SINCE 2022!!!Everytime I think it's resolved they charge my card again. I am at my wits end with these people. No customer support to speak with only email communication.... complete bullshit!

Harassment Calls

I have had 20 calls / missed calls from various numbers all showing to be your company within 24 hours. This is harassment. No voicemails left and after asking for my number to be removed from your system i am still called. To add to this , still getting calls from your company 6 weeks later at least 2-3 a day have asked several times for my number to be removed.

Tried to set up an account.Forget it, the process is so painfull, it will never work.Support is inexistent.And an upgrade for at least 20$ is mandatory.They are to stupid to create a smooth onboarding and set up process.A lot of information ist not given. If an error occurs, you are invited to create a ticket. If you do so, you are rejeceted, because you do not have a paid plan. Whaaart, I just upgraded for 20$

If I could leave less then on star I would. They suspended my 800 number which I have owned for 6 years and had before I worked with Twilio. We lost it over a month ago and they will not even port it to a new service provider. I have lost tens of thousands of dollars in prospective clients and literally need to trash all marketing materials because it has a phone number on it i cannot get calls through. I guess it's time to lawyer up and file suit

so complicated and no help

this is such a complicated and confusing process just to send SMS messages through API.its not easy to set up, there is no help and support unless you pay hundreds every month. cheapest to speak to someone is $250!how companies sell a product, make it difficult to use and confusing as hell.just give us step by step rather than some dude band on about him and his kids.

When will someone in Telecoms / Financial authority ban these incessant scammers!

Received 15 phone calls from Twillio Ireland over the past 14 days from telephone numbers apparently based in Huddersfield, Bradford, London, Edinburgh, Doncaster, Blackburn.We are not customers and never will be - but these guys need to be stopped as they are serial telephone scammers!
