Trying to delete my Authy account, but Twilio are hopeless when it comes to doing this.I won't be funding this hopeless company thats for certain since can't delete personal data and when you do ask they make it nigh-on impossible.How about making it so I have to maybe use a verification code instead of asking for info I have no hope of remebering?Wont be paying for any of this company's services, there's far more competent companies out there!
They are totally scam. They suspended my account right after getting the payment of $20. What they say was they restricted the account to avoid fraud. Who is doing fraud here ?. Now I'm going to ask for refund and see it they refund or not?. Why don't you suspend the accounts before getting the payment?. If you refund/ activate my account then I may change the feedback
I've been using Twilio since 4-5 years now the only -ve is charges.There are lots of charges apart from service...Api charges, Champaign charges, carrier charges, tax and their charges...However work done the only problem is little high charges.
I'm making an app. I needs to verify phone numbers. Trying to get verified by these imps is impossible. I gave them all my LLC information, docs, you name it. Nah, denied. I asked why. While waiting for an answer I just closed the account and am waiting on a refund of the funds I put in. Garbage company with garbage documentation.
They had no issue taking my money and not honor their refund when they did not deliver. Then I left them a bad review and tried to black mail me to remove the bad review to receive any leads. The 3 leads I did receive initially were all bad. They did not deliver on any of their promises and stole my 1000 dollars. BUYER BEWARE. To this date I paid for nothing but a headache and being blackmailed. I gave them the opportunity to make it good and send me real leads. They tried to blackmail me to remove their bad review. And since then I will now continue to help others so no one makes the mistake of paying this company anything. Bad business.
There is no way to change support plan once a plan chosen. Even the sales say it could downgrade anytime but it is not the case. I have been trying to change plan and there is nothing to click on the console billing section to change plan. Feel like being scammed and sick of it!
What a disappointing experience with Twilio—I’ll never use it again. I signed up for a plan intending to test and experiment with the platform as part of a proof of concept for my new startup.However, the Onboarding & Compliance Operations team required a fully developed product before they would enable my account. Ironically, I needed a platform like Twilio to build and refine my idea! Their reasoning was that "Twilio leverages many different vetting techniques, and as such, we've determined that your use case was not a good fit for our platform." This approach felt dismissive and unaccommodating to potential customers.I wouldn’t spend a penny on them—customers deserve to be treated with respect and support, especially during the early stages of development.
