This company makes you jump through hoops with a convoluted US A2P 10DLC Registration. It appears they aren't interested in working with legitimate companies. This organization is inconsistent with its approval decisions. It reminds me of dealing with the government.
This company is facilitating extreme harassment to me. For the last few weeks I have been inundated with hundreds of phone calls and this is no exaggeration. No one ever answers and every number used (apparently from various towns and cities) that I’ve checked via ‘Who’s called me’ is from Twilio. You should be ashamed of the extreme distress your company is causing me. Maybe a long jail term is the way to go for those like you who perpetuate this form of torture.
Worst customer support. There is no phone number or live support available which makes it unreliable for business purposes. I have submitted a request on their support page and they don't give a s@!t about it. They just opened by email and they didn't have any time to respond to them. My email client shows that emails are opened. You should dedicate a full department for customer support. They took my money and restricted my account immediately after upgrading. I regret choosing Telnyx over you guys. Will shift to Telnyx if issue doesn't get's resolved.
