I’ve recently discovered Typology, and wish I had known them for years! Happily surprised with everything I’ve gotten so far. My fave being the tinted lip oils…. I’ve got three colors now, and the feel is pure perfection! No stick. No tingle. Just smooth perfect moisture, with medium sheer tint.
Some of their products are amazing, I love the nourishing moisturizer, it is an excellent moisturizer I love it! it’s so rich and hydrating . Some serums and eye cream didn’t do much for my skin. The tinted serum and the glow drops will always be part of my daily makeup routine
I love the idea of a lash serum, but not as a mascara. This “mascara” flakes and doesn’t hold up for all-day wear—I need something that stays in place. I even tried applying my regular long-wear mascara over the serum mascara, but still, no bueno! Instead, I purchased the Typology lash serum liquid on its own, and I’m very satisfied with that. I’ve already noticed growth and small but real improvements in thickness. I’ll be passing on the lash serum mascara and sticking with the plain serum, applied at night.
I LOVE this brand. I was skeptical since I found it through Instagram ads, but it’s been a blessing for my skin. I use many of their products and continue to refill- exfoliating cleanser, radiance serum, moisturizer, tinted serum, glow drops. Highly recommend.
UPDATE: Typology kindly got in touch and replaced the lip oil for me, but I will not be travelling with it, just in case! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Lots of the influencers (mostly mom and scandi influencers) I follow on Instagram were raving about Typology and I was drawn in and asked for two products as a gift from my husband for my birthday. I got the lip oil in "powder pink" which I LOVE as a product. It's moisturising and a nice subtle shade. However, I would not get again as the bottle leaks badly. So you can't travel with it. Which honestly is a deal breaker as normally one would take their lip product out for the day. And who wants it all over the inside of their handbag? I now carry mine around in a ziplock bag smeared with product. NOT great. I also got the vitamin C glow drops and those made my skin break out in little red bumps that took months to go away. They did seem to brighten my skin, so a shame. I have sensitive skin, so I wouldn't recommend the glow drops if you also have sensitive skin. Don't fall for the hype - do your own research!!
I was hesitant to get the tinted serum due to the price so I tried some other small things like the tinted concealer. I really liked the concealer so I decided to break down and get the tinted serum and the glow drops. I am so glad I did! Not only does it have such good coverage but it is so light and doesn’t feel cakey at all! The bottle is also very big and I think it will last a long time due to a little goes a long way. 10/10highly recommend.
