I’ve honestly tossed all other products and only use Typology now. It has cleared my skin and gives me this natural glow that other products just can’t compare to. French ingredients have proven to be top notch and I will forever be loyal to their clean and eco friendly skincare.
The return policy is absolutely ridiculous. I used the colors that were recommended to use from the Typology website analysis and the colors were way too dark. When I asked to exchange the products after trying them I was offered a 50% credit on my account when I really wanted to be able to exchange them for another shade. Now I don't even want to try the other colors.
I love the clean ingredients used in these products. They use active ingredients that are proven to help change aging skin such as niacinamide, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. The prices are great definitely a little cheaper than comparable products found at Ulta or Sephora. I love that the face washes don’t burn my eyes like many other washes from other companies. The exfoliating gel wash has really helped with my acne. You should definitely explore this brand!
My package was left in a parcel box for one of my MANY "neighbors". I reached out to the company to let them know and within a few hours received an email response. The company resent the items ordered via a different shipping method to ensure that they came directly to me. I even received the replacement order within 5 days. In addition to their customer service, the products themselves are AMAZING! I have rosacea and sensitive skin. Their moisturizers and makeup help me to control the redness, tightness and pain that come with this. I 100% recommend this product and business to my friends.
At first, I made a mistake ordering 3 times the same product instead of 3 different products. Dorean from the support team has been a magician. She canceled my order, refunded my card at the same time which allowed me to re-order correctly. Then we had some chat regarding the delivery date. Dorean to good care of the occasion (birthday present I needed to have by the end of the week). The service and customer support is great ! As well as the products. I definitely recommend
The glow drops and the tinted serum (which actually provides the coverage of a foundation) are AMAZING. I cannot recommend highly enough. The cleansing milk is great too, but I still prefer my ZO cleanser to that one. I also just ordered the firming mask and so far I like that as well. I’ve become a huge fan of Typology.
