I had an issue with the delivery of my order. I reached out to Typology not excepting much. Cédric responded immediately offering to help and resolved my issue in a matter of a few email exchanges! Customer service can be hit or miss with business, and it's easy to stay with a business that takes care of their customers. I am very pleased!
I ordered on the 31/07/2025, and its been 5 days since then that it hasn't been shipped. So I thought I'd reach out to Typology customer service and ask regarding the delay. Someone reached out saying it hasn't been processed on their end. I've sent them 2 screenshots of the invoice and order payment being successful and still haven't heard back, and I'm travelling from this weekend
This is my 3rd order from Typology. Quick shipping except for this last time. They made up for the issue by sending a coupon. The crème visage nourrissante L42 is definitely a must. I’m 38, prone to breakouts but also needing anti aging. This moisturizer has been the perfect balance.
❌ Disappointed and frankly insulted – Topology SkincareI’ve been a customer of Topology Skincare before, so this experience really caught me off guard.On July 8th, I placed a fairly large order (€650–700 worth of products), which I planned to take with me outside the EU, since the brand doesn’t ship directly to my country. For almost two weeks, I heard nothing. Then on July 14th, I received a generic email saying there might be a delay — which was fine. I understand logistics can get tricky.But when I checked the order status myself a week later and reached out to customer support, I was shocked to be told that my order wasn’t going to be shipped because they suspected I was a reseller.No one contacted me. No one asked me anything. They just made that judgment internally and stayed quiet. And apparently, had I not followed up, I wouldn’t have known anything at all.Frankly, I found that insulting. I’ve ordered from them before — including large quantities — and never had an issue. Accusing a loyal customer of reselling without any proof, and without even bothering to communicate, is not just bad customer service, it’s unacceptable.To be honest, it felt more like they were having stock or fulfilment issues and needed an excuse. And the “reseller” label was a convenient way out.They did issue the refund promptly once I asked, but that’s not the point. The lack of transparency, the silence, and the baseless accusation left a really bad impression. I expected much better from a brand that positions itself as high-end.
Easy web site to peruse through. Packaging was excellent.Order did take a little longer than expected but I really appreciated the email to at least keep me updated on late delivery. Other than that...loving my new concealer and tinted moisturizer.
I love Typology’s products. I’m not someone who likes to wear face makeup but if I’m going out, I use a mix of the Typology Tinted Serum (2 shades) with Glow Drops and it is the perfect coverage for me and I don’t feel like I’m wearing foundation. I love that it doesn’t clog my pores like regular foundation.
USPS lost my order and Typology immediately offered me to resend or refund it. I happily received my order just a few days later. I really appreciate customer service response. And the product is great! My favorite is the A41 Eye Cream for Wrinkles & Fine Lines, does magic for me in my 39.
The product selection is amazing. I find many of the products relate to my skin concern. The product descriptions are very detailed. The items are on the pricier side, however I believe the ingredients are high quality. Shipping is fast and customer service is very responsive. There is a no return policy, but there are exceptions, so read….read and look up reviews if you are unsure of a product prior to purchase.
