Delivery company unable to deliver due to insufficient information, tried to contact tyre guru to request money return and impossible to get a message to them, their reply form does not recognise their order number. I will be going to the bank to request refund for my card and will never use this company again. Avoid like the plague
Horrendous company to deal with. Ordered 2 tyres because it was the only company I could find that had the u usual sized tyres I needed. Purchased these to be able to tow my trailer to the Highland show with my horses that was in 9 weeks time. Plenty time for tyres to arrive right? Wrong. Called after 6 weeks as had been told these needed to come from Germany (from a friend, not the company) only to find out these tyres were not in stock at all. They then proceeded to tell me I would need to pay an extra £30 per tyre as it would be a different brand. I said absolutely not, there must be some discount as they'd had my money so long and there was no way the tyres would arrive in time and I'd be £300 out of pocket for entry fees etc as would not make the show. Agreed on a feeble 5% discount. 4 weeks later on top of the 6 and STILL NO TYRES ! Only to be told there was no manager I could talk to, I would have to write an email to complain and there was nothing else I could do. Poor show Tyres Guru. Shocking service
Ordered 2 tyres via tyres.net the order was eventually passed to tyres-guru which is part of delticom. Having previously had good service from delticom I was very disappointed with the service. Initially there was a delay of 3 days then about 10 days later I get a DPD notification that the tyres have been delivered - there was no sign of them.I phoned them to find out that there was a problem at customs and they would be delivered by the end of the month. When they didn’t arrive again I phoned and cancelled the order, with a promise of next day refund.The refund didn’t appear and I phoned several times during the week to chase up. Apparently they were waiting for the tyres to return to the warehouse. At this point I asked PayPal to intervene and the case was resolved in my favour
I purchased from an organisation called Tyre Guru The organisation is called Delticom LtdThe purchase was logged on my credit card company as mytyres I had a long delivery time. Delivery was going to be on 16/07/24. This date came and went.When I looked up tyres-guru on Trustpilot it seems I am not alone in not receiving goods.When I looked up mytyres a similar problem.When I looked up Delticom again, similar problemsSeems to me that tyres-guru, mytyres and Delticom would be the same organisation.I have filled in the tyres-guru contact form twice on their website, enquiring where my order is. No response.Sent the details off to my credit card companyA scam company or just a badly run one?
Absolutely useless. Save you money and go elsewhere.4 weeks to order two tyres which they said at the point of order they had in stock. No updates. I had to chase and chase and every date given was missed. In the end, they told me they had been delivered, and this was totally false. They hadnt, they had been stoopped at customs and the company was unaware of this until I called them. They did not do anything to release them and told me I would have to wait even longer (no clue how long). Customer service from their office when I called was equally bad. Vague, long silent pauses on the call and not a single date they gave me was remotely accurate.In the end, after nearly a month, I've cancelled the order. I don't have confidence even that will be done correctly "if the courier tries to deliver the tyres to you, can you please refuse them?" was their request after cancelling....Utterly useless. Never again.
