Ordered a replacement tyre (my third order from this company) i expect a delay in delivery but 4 weeks !! then it turns up as the wrong tyre and the wrong size.customer services are not the best as difficult to understand.Lets see how fast the replacement arrives AND if its the correct item.
Thought I was dealing with a UK company but the tyre came from overseas. The tracking said it had been delivered but DPD said they didn'r receive it.Having phoned up Guru (automated system thats tells you nothing) a mail did come through which I replied to and got an answer. The tyre was stuck in customs.I did arrive today some 5 days after the initial date given... If you need it quick or need someone to contact, you may wish to look ealsewhere, otherwise tyre was good...
Found the size of Dunlop tyre my Lexus requires on Boxing Day so ordered a pair there and then at the cheapest price I had seen over the previous few weeks.I received prompt confirmation of purchase folliwed by an email from DPD about delivery.Estimated delivery 3rd Jan and delivered in the 1 hour time slot. The tyre were also well packaged.A very smooth transaction and will be usibg them again if their price is the most competitive.
I’ve ordered tyres before with this company ordered tyres on 18/11/2022 now the 1/12/2022 still no tyres contacted them they say held up in customs contacted DPD they say they haven’t received the items yet whos telling lies tyreguru or DPD absolutely useless
Really disappointed and never use this website again ,they got problem with my order nobody inform me about that thanks this i wasted one month waiting for nothing and they not apologize for that lucky i fund more trusted seller
Simply dreadful customer Service - ordered some tyres which were showing to be in stock, payment was processed and they even emailed me to say that there may be a brief delay in delivery.Out of the blue, they've now cancelled the order stating "we regrettably can offer no alternative to your order". They're still holding the funds I've paid though and ironically, the tyres are still showing to be in stock, but now at over £110 more per tyre!Tyre-guru is part of the MyTyres brand in the UK and appear to not be one to be trusted at all!
AVOID. Order 4 tyres and received confirmation that they'd be delivered within 10 days. Tracking info sent to me but no delivery yet and can see that they havent moved. Several calls later told they are in customs, and cant get refund if i cancel until the tyres are refused eventual delivery and returned. Apparently they can be in customs for weeks. Absolute rubbish service, hassle is not worth the £15 saving per tyre.
Terrible service. Brought a Pirelli Scorpion Tyre £229.90 on 3rd March to be delivered by 14th at latest .Several calls and same excuse that's its stuck in customs here in uk . What a load of BULLAvoid using these people as full of (YOU KNOW WHAT)
Ordered tyres at £137 each and didn't get dispatch confirmation... 3 days latter rang them to ask when to expect them and been told tyres not available. Checked again on their website and they showing in stock but for £165 each...They are time wasters and wouldn't honour the sale for advertised price when they clearly have stock. Their complaint section woulnt allow feedback to be submitted. Avoid!
