The customer service is extremely slow

The customer service is extremely slow. I have been waiting two days with no response for a resolution. I purchased a course, thought I was double charged, started a dispute but immediately closed it. Now I do not have access to the course and never have but it’s paid for. Customer service just keeps escalating my issue. But still no resolution or contact.

Off line study just doesnt work

Some courses are excellent, some less so but the most frustrating aspect is the off-line facility. This would be ideal for studying during commuting, an obvious and important feature but it just doesn't work and researching backwards, never has and has never been addressed. Some courses are excellent and it works fine online but if it don't fit in with your work style, it really doesn't matter. (I've had a Udemy account for perhaps 12 months and tried to use it off-line on Android phone and tablet).

Horrible and Unfair

Very unreasonable customer support punished me by deleting my account, simply for using the platform during a holiday in my home country, which is under US-Gov sanctions. I tried to reason with customer service to restore my account but they were rude and dismissive.

SHRM-CP questions are totally…

SHRM-CP questions are totally irrelevant to the exam itself. Udemy was worse than useless with regards to prepping for the SHRM-CP. Since then, I have purchased Pocket Prep which is, no exaggeration, 20x better than Udemy at prepping me for the exam. Do NOT buy Udemy, it's utterly useless.

The price model for this site is… terrible

The price model for this site is terrible. I was in the process of buying a course for $16.99, but when I checked out it was $99. Talk about a bait and switch. I would not recommend.

UDEMY is a complete waste of money

UDEMY is a complete waste of money! The educators are failed losers that could not make it in their chosen field. The customer support is non-existent. The portal is a pathetic design of poor navigation. Students will continually receive unwanted notifications even while the settings say otherwise. The lousy company will virtually stalk you, and will not go away. I plan on filing an FCC complaint that is in violation of the email spam act.

No customer service or contact route

Paid for a course in february of 2023, did open but it stopped after a few minutes. Have tried again and again but my account says I have no purchases!! Although I took a screen shot of the payment I have no way of contacting the company. I looked up the name of the CEO, Greg Brown, as I feel I should write to them. They have a premises in Windmill Lane, Dublin Ireland, D02F206. The company is Funded by the IDA. The owner and founder is originally from Turkey but is based in the US.

i use udemy since 2017, have over 100 courses. i love the provided content.few days ago i lost access to my email account, and to my mfa. no chnace to access to my content on udemy due to my fault.udemy support helped me within 48 hours.i had to create a new account, provide infos to my purchases and just even a few seconds ago, all my content is transfered from my old to my new account.thank you udemy, for helping me this fast, so easy with clear instructions.
