I wanted to have CDCS sample test , so I bought it through Udemy app. It is not working at all and it is the worst app I have ever had . Question and answers all wrong in such a way that misguide you instead of teaching you . Completely disappointing. One star is too much for such an awkward app.
I left an honest review on Philakone trading course and he replied to me, "Get f#cked."Udemy has done nothing, even after I've contacted them several times over the years. Udemy has left this comment as well as continuing to allow Philakone to sell his courses. Udemy clearly cares far more about the businesses than they do about their customers.
Great platform for independent instructors. It's always good to remember that the courses are not made by Udemy, so quality will be different for every course.I've done a few courses from a variety of instructors and have had a great experience with the platform.
Recently I was looking for a trustworthy online portal because I wanted to upskill and change my career path. I explored many options on this site, checked with my colleagues and seniors for the value delivered by Udemy course.. I finally figured that for upskilling, I need to get a degree from a recognised university. These courses are not recognised and doesn't hold much of value in the real world.
I don`t understand why the website have so many bad reviews. I have used Udemy for the past few years and what I can say is that the company have very good courses for the price. This website is not to get a qualification but is more like upgrading your skills. I always bought courses at a great discount. I recommend every user to check first the rating of the teachers before buying the course and also to wait when the discount windows are open to get the courses at a very low price. Recommend the platform.
First I should say that their course offering is impressive. Much to choose from. However, the company is extremely slow to honor its satisfaction policy with refunds. I've never asked for a refund in the past but recently asked for one which is still pending. I understand that their policy is that it takes 5-10 business days for refunds to be received by the bank but I don't believe that Udemy actually processes refunds as soon as they get the request as they claim. My bank typically processes refunds the same day they receive them.
Terrible fraudsters.I bought a course from them last year for £10.99 which I can't access anymore. They say courses are accessible forever,an absolute lie!They put on a biweekly direct debit on my bank account for £10.99 even after I paid it in full.Now I am waiting for them to give me access to the course again or a refund.
