They Block My Access for No Reason

I've been a member of Udemy for 4 years. I had so many courses and spent too much money. They blocked my access to my membership without a proper explanation. All I did was open a new membership and buy a discounted courses for my original membership as gifts. Discounts are always happening. There's no trickery there. Also, you shouldn't block access to a student who has purchased that many courses. I can understand a warning. What exactly have I violated? Either they open my account back or I will start the legal process about it. Open my account urgently. I will initiate legal action. I will never buy a course from you again after my account opened or all expenses paid to me. You are not a reliable company. You don't have a proper explanation. I didn't do anything wrong. This is very wrong what you are doing. You're doing this to a trainee who has spent thousands of Turkish Lira. Look, I'm a lawyer, I know what a contract is in law. What you are doing now is nothing more than trampling on my rights. If I ask for Udemy Credit, you can say we will not refunding. And that’s all. What is access blocking, what kind of reaction is that? Where is the proportionality principle? You are not reliable. Udemy is over for me. But I have purchased so many courses, and for that you will OPEN that access. YOU HAVE TO THIS. Or you'll reimburse me for all I've done for four years. Tell the guy (you can imagine swearing hear, it's up to your imagination) who took this decision, if you are doing an access block, you have to also explain it properly. Your reason isn't even clear. Also I can't get answers from you. OPEN MY MEMBERSHIP NOW. The first thing I do on Monday is to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will start the legal process. You don't even realize the damage you've done. I spent thousands of liras at UDEMY.

Don’t trust in this company

What a sham, I went to login to my account after 4 years of being their client and having bought more than 30 courses. Suddenly I get a message that my account has been suspended without giving me a reason. Customer support is saying nothing as well!! They won’t refund my money and will do nothing about this mistake which was their own fault! Worst company ever. Basically just stole my money!

I would give it 0 or minus if I had the option. Udemy customer service is ridiculous. First of all, there is no contact number so you can talk with a person. Email requests are delayed and sometimes there is no answer. I requested to talk to a manager or transfer my concerns to a manager multiple times and received no reply. This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen in the US. I believe people with the same issue need to find each other and file a good lawsuit against Udemy, hopefully, they will learn how to respect customers' time and money.

Don't trust the refund policy.

They say it's a 30 days refund policy but if you watch some videos and comsume some content, they will just refuse the refund.Another sketchy thing, is how they have made reaching customer service so difficult.

Banned accounts unfairly and refused refund

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of support provided by Udemy's customer service team. They seem to be uncollaborative and unresponsive, providing automated responses that fail to address my concerns. On top of this, Udemy blocked my account permanently and unfairly, without any prior alert or notification. To make matters worse, despite violating my rights as a customer, Udemy has also refused to issue a refund for the courses that I have paid for, citing their own terms and conditions as an excuse.

My account got banned for no reason

My account got banned, right before I wanted to publish my course. I don't understand the reason of the ban. I've emailed them twice, no response.I spent many hours in building the course, and now I can't publish it.Shame on Udemy.

Udemy will trap you

I just made a subscription for a useless course and i didn't even completed 15% of the lessons and i decided to make a refund, they denied the refund and said i downloaded the course and made violation of downloading the course.the support agent closed the chat of my face and sent a message that my refund request decliend.never ever trust them they are scam and fake courses reviews are biggest scam tool to steal your money.Update: i made rating 1 star for the course but they didn't published it and i got email that's my refund request is finally declined.
