Too much advertising

I have a mixed feeling about this platform. While they offer great courses, the pricing is absurdly inflated just so they can advertise '90% off' and sell courses for $15. It's a transparent sales tactic. However, once you purchase a course, the website doesn't act like a streaming service. Instead of asking if you want to continue your course, it bombards you with ads for other courses. It prioritizes sales over user experience. I think it's time to return to other platforms that value loyalty over spam.

Beware of scams

This platform is a scam. Requesting a refund feels like asking for blood. I don't want credits; I want my money back. If I could, I would give zero stars. It's shameful, and there are much better ways to learn than dealing with this.

Courses disappeared

The courses I purchased have vanished from my library. Ironically, they were supposed to teach me how to use my devices. It’s absurd that you need a course to find missing courses, and no one is willing to help. I would never use this platform again.

Beta testing on users

They are conducting beta tests on paying customers. Since the launch of a buggy version, I've lost access to much of the content I paid for, and navigating what is accessible is a nightmare. This feels like a fraudulent practice!

Misleading cancellation process

This platform misleads users about subscription cancellations. It’s not straightforward, which makes it difficult to cancel. I thought I had canceled before going on vacation, but it turns out I hadn't. When I requested a refund on the same day, they denied it. This company is dishonest, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Thankfully, there are alternatives.

Course selection requires research

The variety of courses is quite mixed, and you need to put in significant effort to research before purchasing. I've bought four courses since 2022, and I was satisfied overall—they even helped me pass an official exam! However, the video player can be quite buggy, and I wish the company would focus on improving it.

Done with this platform

Over the years, I've taken many courses here. Initially, they featured content from well-known specialists. My patience has worn thin, and I find the quality frustrating. They charge students for courses that are often subpar, especially in the IT field. The content sometimes seems generated by AI, leading to poor language and comprehension. It's far better to watch quality tech content on other platforms. I'm done here.
